I discovered my vocation in veterinary medicine after careers in music education and marine science. I have always loved music and took trumpet lessons from early childhood through college where I earned a degree in Music Education. After earning my degree from Marshall University I spent several years as a high school music teacher and assistant band director in rural West Virginia.

With services ranging from routine wellness exams to spay and neuter surgery, our veterinary health professionals can meet your pet's medical needs. In providing general pet medicine, our veterinary staff is capable of diagnosing and treating a variety of pet medical needs. Radiography is a valuable diagnostic tool in veterinary medicine. As we continually strive to offer the highest quality medicine and diagnostic testing, we are pleased to offer radiology services as a means of providing excellent care to our patients. A radiograph (sometimes called an x-ray) is a type of photograph that can look inside the body and reveal information that may not be discernable from the outside.

I can't thank this staff enough, I came in towards closing time , whilen2 other hospitals turn us away due to staff shortage,. They went above and beyond to help in any way and explained every detail to me and when I thought nothing could even save the puppy they went and helped as much as they could with no hesitation! Thank you again, we appreciate soo much.

The customer service from the front desk is the worst I have dealt with. I called to kindly ask the lady at the front desk to fax over my dogs shot records to Boulevard animal hospital and in a really mean frustrating voice she says this is “ridiculous”. When your job is to work with the public as a customer service representative you simply can’t treat people this way. I was so taken back by this experience and it reminded me of why I would never recommend Cottonwood to anyone else EVER. We lost our dog because the proper precautions were not taken at Cottonwood a few weeks ago and now this
