Most importantly, I learned this business from my grandparents Arnold and Gertrude, and my parents Ron and Rita, working for them literally since I was 7 years old.first from pushing a broom, and then to my grandfather teaching me to engrave when I was about 10. In the mid 1980's, I moved to Santa Monica, California for about a year and trained at the Gemological Institute of America in their headquarters.

It was exactly what I was looking for - maybe even more so - and my now fiancé can't stop talking about how pretty it is. Come to find out - it was Angela's first Engagement Ring sale and she was almost as excited about it as we were! This store was recommended to me by a neighbor. A stone in my diamond band had popped out, and I brought it to Marshall's Jewelers to be repaired. When I picked up the ring, I noticed that evening that the stones were not flush. Richard (the owner) went above and beyond to correct the situation. We’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with Marshall’s Jewelers particularly with Rich. They are a family owned business, who stands by their products. After many complications with COVID on the company that made my engagement rings side, Marshalls kept in contact and always cared for their customer even though it was completely out of their control. I brought my engagement and wedding rings in to be sized down. When the the rings were ready, I picked them up. They unfortunately still felt loose but I was told they'd "get better" with warmer temperatures. By the time I got home they were spinning around my finger and slipping down to my knuckle. I called the store to discuss the issue and was asked to bring them back. It was disheartening to learn that I'd be charged again to have them fixed (I had just paid $120). We have been to this beAutiful store a few times and have had watch batteries replaced on a few different watches.
