Dropped off a watch for battery replacement about a month ago went back screw loose so brought back to have tightened and asked for links to be added. Charged double in total from my first pmt. to have screw tightened and links added. Was told that screw might not have been from us replacing? Umm what???? Paid but will not recommend definitely not satisfied or happy with that customer service. Shop elsewhere if you need jewelry or jewelry repair!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff was super nice and friendly and they had fair pricing. I brought a couple of rings in to be repaired, one was done perfectly. My wedding band and engagement rings weren’t as successful, they bonded them together as one ring without checking and after 3 months one of the diamonds fell out. Wouldn’t recommend…

I'm surprised at the bad reviews. We've been shopping there for 15-20 years without a problem. My mother even brings her jewelry from Florida to have honest repairs. I have always been greeted nicely and never misquoted. The only thing I see in common with the reviews is poor grammar, spelling, and pushing for Holliston Jewelers. Take the reviews for what they're worth.

Wow. Received a ring for Xmas that needed resizing. Thought the ring was purchased here. The look and tone of voice from the man behind the counter....this wasnt bought here...i dont know what this is...then went to look closer. Brought ring back to tell me bleak outlook because design was all through the ring. DIDNT TRY TO HELP. I think he was happy I left. Too bad, now I am in agreement with the bad reviews. Head to Bellingham or Holliston!

I have read other reviewers and I can't believe this is the same place they are referring too. It's a small shop in Medway, MA. They have repaired jewelry and watches for me and have always done an excellent job. They have always been consistent in their pricing. I trust this place and the owners who have never steered me wrong. I've bought diamonds from them and they have always been appraised for more than they sold them when I have gotten separate appraisals. I don't usually write reviews and saw some of the reviews when checking their hours and really felt strongly that I had to share the positive

I purchased a ring here last year. They didn't have an Amethyst large enough in stock so I picked one from a catalogue they showed me. When I picked up the ring it looked shiny & nice but within a week it was dull and very cheap looking, I have returned to the store at least 3 times and each time they put it in a machine to shine it up. A few days later it is dull again. I went to another jeweler to get their opinion and they said it is a law that the karat of the ring be imprinted on the inside of ring. My ring had nothing. I went back to Medway and was told it came off when they

They LOVE "bait and switch" ... which means they quote you for one price over the telephone, and then give you a completely different price when you come in. We called ahead asking for the price to appraise 2 rings. We were told $50 ... and then when we went to the store a day later, the price was suddenly $65 instead.
Then, during the appraisal the woman grabbed one of my baget stones with a pair of plyers and really YANKED on it - and announced the stone was loose and it would cost $12 to tighten. I agreed and left the ring ... and when I returned a few days later I was told it now cost $25

I purchased a religious pendant and silver chain there last year which broke. I brought it there for a repair, it need a loop soldered on the chain and one on the pendant. I assumed it would be about $15 as the chain is available for about $25 new, not anything fancy. When I picked it up, I was told it was $40 for the repairs. After complaining to the clerk, the Manager came out and I explained to him that I thought the repair price was ridiculous to which he replied the cost of silver has gone up so much that it was that much money. I complained a bit more and he just turned his back and

This is basically a tale of two visits. One great, one lousy. I went this winter to pick out an engagement ring, and the owner sat with me, showed me the collection and talked for about 45 minutes while I went through the options in my price range. He didn't pressure me or try to push me to make a decision that day. He even told me to take time to think about it and come back. I made the purchase, and the ring was ready within a week and right in the price range we agreed on, the owner was super nice and really helpful. My fiancee loved it and I had a great experience.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. --I was shopping around some silver coins to a few stores to see who would give me the best rate. Silver was over $40/oz at the time. I brought in a $1 silver eagle to this location (1 oz coin) and was offered $4. If this was a mistake, thats ok but mistakes like this dont happen at pretty much any jewelry store. I was then given a speech about how it wasnt a rare coin and there were millions of them out. So not only was I offered a ludicrous price, I was lied to. Yeah ok man, if thats how you want to conduct business go ahead. I was in a good mood that day so I just left
