Some people have been told by "old timers" or someone "in the know" that a septic system never needs cleaning. Or maybe that it only needs pumping every 10 or 15 years; "out of sight out of mind." Another myth is that a tank takes years to "fill" after cleaning. The average home generates between 200 and 400 gallons of waste per day.

Family Owned and operated, honest people with good morals that are all about great service without taking advantage of you. I have been using this company for years just to support local business but after having plumbing issues this week I wanted my tank pumped for piece of mind. Tom showed up inspected the tank and contents and explained a pump out was a complete waste of my money. Most companies would have took the money and ran. They definitely get my recommendations and I’ll definitely be a customer as long as I’m in the area.

Called them to setup an appointment but had to leave a specified message. The next day they called back just to confirmed that I called and that was it! Totally ignoring the best possible day to come and service. So I tried calling them a few days later after not hearing from them but there’s a busy signal. Tried calling minutes later but to no avail still a busy signal. Horrible service! Would not recommend them!

5 stars doesn't do justice to the professional services provided by Keith Wentworth and his crew. Throughout the entire (challenging!) installation of a new septic system, Keith never wavered: his ability to troubleshoot is awesome, as is his dogged determination and strong work ethic. Someone less committed to excellence might have walked away from the job. Honest, fair, professional: I cannot recommend Wentworth Septic highly enough!

2 years ago, he did well. Last week or so, asked him to take a look at a job.. He took a look at it and said he was ready. I called and texted multiple times. Replied by calling back, never did. Called from a different number he hang up on me. Never mind, there are different companies out there.

From the moment we called to have our septic system evaluated to straw put on the lawn, it has been a nothing but pleasurable experience with excellent service. The crew sent to fix our issue was very professional, prompt, helpful in every step of the way. Everything discussed exceeded our expectations. 👍👍👍
