Not sure why they get good reviews. Maybe had a bad day? All he did was complain about our builder and our tank. Felt uncomfortable. Had a hard time finding the cap. Dug a lot of grass up. This is not the first time we’ve had our septic pumped and no one has ever complained or had a hard time finding the cap before. The cap ended up being less then a foot from where I marked it. Said it wasn’t the right one but he used it. Glad others like their service but I will not be going back to them.
