At 1000 West Washington stand two beautiful brick buildings, one of which was built in 1884 and the other in 1902. Originally, they housed industrial-sized bakeries that churned out product for the National Biscuit Company (Nabisco), but in the mid-1990s were converted to historic residential lofts.
Today, the 1000 West Washington Lofts offer a luxurious home with generous amenities in Chicago's much-loved West Loop neighborhood. When converted to loft condos, the buildings at 1000 West Washington were extensively renovated and updated.
