Located in the heart of River North, the Millennium Centre building at 33 W Ontario St was completed in 2003. Chicagoans new what to expect of this luxury Solomon Cordwell Buenz project, with 95% of its units, including four penthouses, sold prior to completion. The building boasts a postmodern facade of rose-toned marble and granite, and an equally grand foyer to welcome residents' home.

The building more than meets residents expectations, offering 24-hour door staff, on-site drycleaner, an incredible outdoor pool and garden area, and a fully-equipped fitness center. Hospitality and party rooms are also available for resident use. The pet-friendly building also has deeded parking available.

Very rude management staff. Renters be aware of the landlord leases. Some make you pay for normal ware and tear even thought not mentioned in your lease. Some are very tricky. Constant noise of fire and police cars going by since being close to Northwestern hospital. Few nice door men.

My girlfriend lives in this building. The door staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always saying hi and asking about things going on in my life. They're also quick to help you with luggage and bags if you're parked in front. The rooms are spacious. I would say that they could use a better workout facility, but it's not bad. They also have lots of events for their tenants including free food and drinks at local restaurants.
