I have seen Dr. Skarda off and on for over 30 years. He is definitely a five-star health provider! He literally may have saved my life by helping me to avoid needless back surgery. The first time I saw him I could barely walk into his office because of the severe pain in my lower back and hip with sciatic nerve pain. His treatments overtime reduced the pain and allowed me to exercise so that now I can even ski again painlessly.
I currently see him for treatments for my my kyphotic neck ("military neck"). The treatments help reduce the pain and give me better mobility of the neck.

I have been running 16 miles weekly for years and about a week ago I hurt my back. It was painful enough to where I could not get up after squatting while cleaning a stain on the kitchen floor. I needed to twist and turn, and pull my self up using the counter as support. It was super painful, I was in sweat breathing heavy and emotionally I have never felt this useless. Dr. Scarda is the only one doctor you need. As far as I recall he started his practice in 1970s. So he has DECADES of experience.

I walked in here today in severe pain! I walked out in less than an hour feeling better than I have in MONTHS!! Dr. Skarda knows his stuff! He's been doing his thing a LONG time. No fancy machines, no ridiculous upsells just good old fashioned skill! He's earned a long term customer! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Dr. Skarda was hands-down the worst chiropractor I have ever seen. He handles the front and back office all on his own, he answers phones while you are in a visit with him, runs to the front to handle other appointments while he is supposed to be in the visit with you, and overall has an office that is extremely poor-run. I have never written a Google review before, and after visiting him, I had to. Weirdest of all, he harasses you for money and more visits. That is a bad sign. Dr. Skarda has been helping my husband and I for about 8 years now. He helped get me through my last two weeks of work before my maternity leave since I had terrible sciatica. I would not have had an extra two weeks with my newborn without him! I was always a sceptic about chiropractors until I tried it and now I’m a total believer since it worked for me as well as my husbands neck. Dr Skarda helped when I was in a horrible pain, I had sciatica and could not even walk. That day I did not have a car and had to walk for about a mile and I cried while I was walking. He was the only chiropractor out of 5 places I called who could accept me that same day. I could walk much better after the treatment.

I've been to a few chiropractors. I finally settled on one and stayed with him for three years. Even though my back pain was not being helped.
I decided to quit going and just deal with the pain. Then it got too unbearable after a year, so I began the search again for new chiropractor. After the first treatment with Skarda, my pain was reduced so drastically.

I had a pinched nerve in my lower left back area that was making me very uncomfortable. I figured it was because I needed to do more stretching and yoga to balance out my daily work out regimen. I've been a patient of Dr. Skarda for many years and have driven to get to him even when I've lived several towns away because he's the best--and I've had chiropractic care for most of my life. He asks questions, keeps detailed records of my visits, uses a variety of techniques beyond basic adjustments, and always makes sure I leave satisfied with my care.
His office may be a little hard to find but just look for the driveway next to the big blue mailbox. Up the driveway is a large, level parking lot you can't see from the street.

My whole family and some family members are regular patients of Dr. Skarda. Every one of them would say he is a very experienced, a very knowledgable, and a very caring chiropractic doctor. He found injuries in my spine that my medical doctors failed to find (or probably didn't even attempt to look for). I started seeing him because I was getting back and neck pains after an accident. I suffered injuries that will not let me be 100% pain free again, but his treatments have helped me to be nearly pain free.
