I called and booked a cab with them for a ride to the airport. Some man called back and asked if I was paying cash or credit, I said cash. He asked if I was going to cancel my ride in the morning to take uber because apparently they've been having problems with that. I said no, I need to get home, I'm not cancelling my ride to the airport. He then asked me to venmo him to guarantee my ride. I told him I don't have venmo and would pay cash. He told me to use someone else.

Just experienced a very inebriated elderly woman exit a bar in North County... and then it became clear she wasn't just inebriated... there was something else going on... not drug use... just a medical issue... but regardless... as she was walking out she slowly tumbled to the floor and was luckily caught by two strong and young caring men. I was surprised that the cab agreed to take her home... but it was incredible that the cab departed and came through. I saw it from afar but wow... But thank you North County Cab for looking out and showing so much compassion. I know she'll get home

I have to give really high props to North County Cab. I was in a bind and I asked them to send somebody to pick me up during rush hour and get me quickly to the Solano Beach train station. They worked really hard to get that cab to me as quick as possible. I was on foot and trying to find the best pick up spot to minimize even the little bit of delay from traffic lights and the dispatcher worked very patiently with me to figure out the best spot.
