Great Experience! Elmer runs a great business with professional drivers (Fikri) and comfy large SUV we needed fro 5 to LAX with luggage! I booked to pick up in LAX at 9:00pm but we actually landed at 6:30pm - Elmer had tracked our flight from UK and Fikri was just about waiting outside when we arrived! What great service… definitely use Pacifica :)

I would like to share our experience with PacificaTransportation. we started using them about 3 years ago. they are the best in Airport Transfers specially. Dispatch Mickey always helping us what time is the best for our pick up according to our flight time. you ll receive reminder one day before the ride which is very helpful. they are not super big company thats why we know almost all driver. all of them are very professional, always 15min early and always helping us with heavy luggage. i would recommend everyone at least to try one and see the difference. We booked an SUV for a family picnic in Rancho Santa Fe. We had been hearing so many great reviews about Pacifica and so We had to try their service for myself! Glad to write that it was fabulous! We had Roy as the chauffeur and he was extremely sweet and professional. He welcomed us with a friendly smile and it made a good first impression. He knew all the alternative routes and saved us from traffic so that we could get to the picnic spot as early as possible. The SUV was clean and well-maintained and it smelled pleasant (THANK GOD!). My friends and I were celebrating a birthday and wanted a driver who could get us to and from the restaurant safely and in style. The driver picked us up on time and I was totally not expecting the wifi and DVD's. Those were a huge bonus. Other than that the driver was respectful, drove carefully, and kept the limo spotless. I would most definitely rebook!
