We had a great experience until after the wedding. We were accused of stealing items 3 weeks later which reduced our deposit refund so I asked for proof. After asking for that and nothing being proved, Rebecca immediately confronted me in emails, lowered the security deposit due to us and threatened to use my employment against me. I stopped responding because I figured it would do no good and we eventually received the full deposit back.

Due to Covid, we had to cancel our wedding and did so 10 months in advance. Management would not even entertain the idea of refunding our deposit, despite informing them of various stresses we are experiencing. They will certainly rebook the evening, and make off getting paid twice for an event on that night.

Women , small , minority, female, veteran …. all businesses deserve support. Falling back on being “attacked“ because you are woman owned business is misleading and wrong. This has nothing to do with you being woman owned. This is about poor performance and the negative rating is well deserved. I did not know you were woman owned until you stated so on your response to a negative review.

Loft Lucia was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding! We primarily worked with Rebecca, who was always quick to answer questions or concerns, and had great suggestions. She was the only one who followed-up with us after we sent out multiple inquires for venues during the second COVID shutdown last winter, and we are so grateful!

I cannot say enough about Loft Lucia! We were so happy with everything that LL provided. We are still hearing people say great things about the venue. The staff know exactly what they are doing. Usually you have to worry about the venue but i had now worries which was amazing as a bride. Thanks LL for all your help!

Beautiful indoor/outdoor venue in the West Loop. Included tables, chairs, and furniture decorate the space well. The space allows for weddings from simple to excessive. They do not allow for any rehearsal prior to the event. The venue team seem to function best in weddings involving an event planner.

I would highly recommend Loft Lucia to any friends and family. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to host our wedding here. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the team are a pleasure to work with. They have almost everything you might need from tables and chairs to candles and lighting.

I had my wedding welcome dinner/lady sangeet here on a Friday prior to the Saturday ceremony. The location is very cute and perfect. The mix of indoor and outdoor patio space is wonderful. We were not looking to spend a lot of money since this was the secondary event for our wedding. What is so great about Loft Lucia is that the tables, furniture, and candles are all included. The place is so well decorated on its own that we only had to bring a few pieces from home. We did not feel the need to pay decorators to bring in items.

We held our wedding at Loft Lucia in June 2019 and it was an incredible night. The venue was gorgeous in the summer, and our rooftop ceremony + cocktail hour were perfect. The guests raved about the unique venue and outdoor terrace claiming it was the coolest venue they've ever attended a wedding at.
