I've been a patient of Dr Collins for several years and he's provided excellent treatment. Unfortunately it's been impossible to actually make an appointment lately because no one answers the phone or returns messages. When the office has a line exclusively for appointments, three weeks with no return call is unacceptable. Looks like I'll be going to Houston for dermatology along with everything else.

My 2 teenagers and I would like to become patients since my husband is a current patient, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've called numerous times and left voicemails. I've also tried going through the "contact through the website" and no response from the staff. We'll have to go elsewhere.

Dr. Quinn is a good doctor and so far has helped tremeondously. That being said, whoever is running that office never answers the damn phone, makes little effort to contact patients, and has caused me endless amounts of trouble. I was having what was to me a pretty concerning reaction to my medicine, I called for 3 days straight, it wasn't until the 4th day that his assistant called me back. Until they fix this problem, I can't give 5 stars. I might even consider dropping them if these issues aren't addressed.

Doctor Collins talked to me all of 5 mins. He didn’t listen to a word I said and never asked my medical history to try and pinpoint the problem. I’ve been dealing with uncontrolled hives for years now and he quickly wrote a script and told me to “believe it’ll work” and I’ve “got to believe it first”... being a cash pay client, this was a huge waste of my $270.

I would give NO STAR if I could.
The staff and doctor himself was friendly. But the problem is that I was there because of hair losing problem, and the doctor did not care about my problem and gave me some medicine for my skin rashes while I told him that I am here because of my hair. The only thing he said was that you hair loss might be related to the stress, and that's it.
I spent money and time to go there but I ended up having some medicine for something that I wasn't looking for.
If they don't know much about hair they can at least tell us.This is not ethical at all.
