My son went to this office. The Dr was so good that my son went back to have a cyst removed from his face. Family drove in, from out of town, to be with him. He showed the front office his Molina ins card. They instantly said they could not do the procedure because he was on Medicaid. He explained that he had Molina Marketplace not Medicaid. The office manager denied him treatment. She referred him to UTMB Galveston. That did no good because she gave him a "Medicaid" referral not Marketplace referral. UTMB called Morrell's office manager on a 3 way call. UTMB explained that he was not Medicaid

I liked Dr. Morrell very much. His front office staff us cordial and friendly. The physicians assistant, however, became loud with me and said, "I don't know what you want me to find in your skin." It was like she was upset about something before she saw me. I will not see her again. If I can't see Dr. Morrell I will go elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly, they were very organized and fast getting me an appointment for my 2 year old son. I had a great experience bringing him to see Dr. Morrell. He was amazing and made me feel very comfortable understanding what was going on with my sons skin. We will continue to seeing him in the future!

This is the only dermatologist that has been able to successfully clear up my skin. I also had a mole removed by freezing it. I saw the nurse practitioner for both of my appointments and she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I recently made an appointment for my teenage son (March 2020) and we saw the nurse again, she made him feel comfortable and prescribed a topical and oral treatment for him. We saw results within 2 weeks. His face is clear now! I would recommend Morrell Dermatology for anyone wanting to have clear and healthy skin. The office staff is nice and our wait

This is one of the best doctor's offices I have ever experienced! The entire office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Morrell and his PA Elyse are both excellent and knowledgeable and genuinely care for thier patients. It is a very busy office but we never have to wait long to see the providers and we re I've excellent care. My family and friends love coming here and we highly recommend Morrell Dermatology.

Great service and Dr. Morrell as well as his assistance are great. The one thing I enjoy about using him as a doctor is that his office staff are friendly and professional. Too often dealing with office staff at a doctors office can be a negative experience, but not here. Dr. Morrell himself is friendly, he doesn't rush visits, and very personable. If you need a dermatologist I highly suggest Morrell Dermatology.

I guess Dr. Morrell did what he needed to do during my visit, but I left there feeling like I'd been rushed through. Actual time with the doctor was less than a minute even though he "froze" two moles. They do not take checks. I don't mind that but wish I'd been warned. I am very fair skinned and I feel like his rush 'em in and out tendency could definitely cost me irreparably. Will not go back. Staff and physician were very nice. Just felt insignificant.

Very impressed with Dr. Morrell and his staff! They have a professional staff and classy office! Dr. Morrell is amazing and helpful.
Office checks deductibles and cost of procedures BEFORE you have them done! The office staff has even called to check and make sure my husband's recovery was going fine.
We have had warts removed and moles biopsied at our convenience! Great healthcare!
