Founding attorney G. Donald Golden is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. He has handled bankruptcy and consumer debt issues throughout his entire legal career. He first handled bankruptcy for a small firm, then for a large firm, and finally as a staff attorney with the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee.
Mr. Golden earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maine and his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Upon moving to Florida, he began his career working for a small law firm in the Brandon area and focused on representing debtors in consumer bankruptcy cases under both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.

I have been working with Don Golden and his firm for over a year. Don is extremely personable, but more importantly knowledgeable at all aspects of consumer debt law. Their office is very modern and conveniently located with private parking lot on Oakfield avenue in Brandon. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with whatever questions your have.
