Your local regulatory authority may mandate that all owners of aerobic septic systems maintain a valid maintenance provider agreement at all times. They require these systems to be inspected by a licensed maintenance provider, as well as reports sent to county authorities after inspections, and all repairs completed in a timely manner.
We believe that educating the customer about their aerobic septic system is the best maintenance plan a homeowner can have. Most septic systems take on ground water when it rains. This can cause your water level to rise which will activate your high water alarm and spray heads. After it stops raining, most septic systems will correct themselves.
Do use detergents that are low-suds, low in phosphates, and biodegradable with washing soda ingredients. Fabric softener dryer sheets are recommended. Flush sanitary napkins, tampons, disposable diapers, condoms, wipes, and such products into your system. Dump solvents, oils, paints, thinners, disinfectants, pesticides, or poisons down the drain.

This company SAVED me! I was facing a fine of over $400 regarding an expired contract. Greg and his team were quick to get a technician out to my location to inspect our Aerobic Septic System and get a contract started. They called the city and had our case dismissed which saved us from the fine.

I spoke with Greg about a complex septic system I have at one of my properties. Greg, is the most professional and knowledgable septic system professional I have ever spoken too. I have called 5 or 6 different septic system companies over the last 2 weeks. The knowledge I gained from these 5 or 6 different companies was inconsequential compared to the knowledge I received in a 1 hour phone conversation with Greg. Super great guy! I recommend Texas Star Aerobic for any/all septic system issues. He is must call FIRST!

I just bought a home and immediately had issues with my aerobic system. I called Texas Star Aerobic to come out and see what was wrong. Greg came out and showed me all the issues going on and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. He placed a temporary pump in until he could return to fix everything. He came back out and replaced the pump and corrected issues with the access holes that were obviously installed incorrectly to begin with, and pumped out all 3 tanks. One of the tanks had collapsed, but he worked until he was able to pump it and and he made a recommendation to have a great installer

Wow, wow, wow! I called star aerobics when I needed a septic inspection on a home we are purchasing in Collin county. Greg informed me that they don’t service my area, but wanted to help how he can. He fully explained to me how septic systems work, what to look for as potential issues, what to beware of when contacting other septic installers/inspectors. He even referred me to a home inspector that was $300 less than the one I scheduled and who Greg felt would be able to assess any issues with the septic. (Has inspection yesterday and this inspector was fabulous).

Recently had Texas Star Aerobic come pump out my tanks, Had called them over the weekend and they were closed but Greg called me back Saturday afternoon. My septic system was backed up and Greg helped me get it cleared and usable for the weekend until he could come out Monday. He was extremely helpful and came out first thing Monday morning, got the tanks pumped and cleared and talked me through the basic maintenance tips for my conventional septic system. His prices were competitive and provided exceptional service. I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to friends & family. Extremely

I have a ET system with a lift pump that is 25 years old and has been a constant headache. I had used several other septic providers over the years only having to have more work done about every 3 years. I gave Greg a call and he came out within 48 hours. He completely reworked my system updating all the plumbing and electrical at a reasonable price. Greg is very knowledgeable and professional who takes the time to explain everything. Greg and his assistant worked for 9 hours nonstop to get my system working properly. Texas Star is absolutely the best.
