At FGCF we believe that everyone can benefit from Crossfit no matter their age or current physical abilities. Flaming Gorge CrossFit in Rock Spring, WY is the only gym around to give you unlimited access to every class on our schedule. Each class is one hour long including a full warm up, workout, and cool down. I was in town visiting family and was skeptical about going to a gym where I didn’t know anyone. The previous reviews of people in the same situation talking about how friendly everyone was convinced me to go, and I can now speak from experience that they were 100% correct! Everyone was very friendly, and the coaching was spot on - from encouraging to helpful! 10/10 recommend whether visiting or local!!

From the first class, I felt welcomed and a part of! I was scared to try CrossFit as I had never trained that way but the coaches and members welcomed me and have helped me every step of the way! Their motto is about doing your own personal best and meeting your personal goals! This place is my CrossFit home! They also come out and support our Roller Derby, cheering us on!

Being an out of state transplant, I couldn't have asked for a more supportive fitness community!! Everyone is so welcoming & encouraging. FGCF has definitely become my second family. Coaches help you work on form & keep you motivated, always available to answer health/fitness questions! Also love to have found a group of people who like to do fitness related events- whether its workouts by the gorge, local competitions, half marathons, or midnight MURPHS!

I came to Rock Springs with my family to visit the in laws and I IM'd them to see if I could drop in. They IM'd right back and were very hospitable to me. I dropped in on the 4:30 class and they were all super… nice and Coach Avery provided great demos of the movements and was very encouraging throughout the WOD. I will definitely stop in again!!

Flaming Gorge Crossfit is hands down the best gym in Rock Springs and Green River combined. Honestly, they provide the best customer service of any kind of business in town. Countless times I've seen the wonderful, knowledgeable coaches tend to crying kids so that the parents can get a workout in, or help change weights in the middle of a WOD. They care and motivate you to do things you never knew you could! All while teaching proper and safe techniques. I can't say enough great things about this place and my experiences here.
