This place does not work on Can Am Spyders RT or FE. Don't have a tech and are not even willing to help. Don't know if they are good at anything else

Friendly staff. Brought my front Dirtbike tire and tube in for a tube change on a Saturday. They charged about $68 to do just a tube. Not a lot but, I was quoted an hour and it took about two because they had other jobs ahead of me. They filled the tire to the proper psi. And didn't tear up the tire up. Thanks!

This place was really good. They helped my wife and I with a lot of info. The owner is really nice. The service guy I dealt with was really good with customers. He should be a salesman.

Watch out for these guys. My husband has been roped in to buying "toys" because of a great deal they have going (the most recent one being a side by side). Now a few months later, like the other purchases, something is wrong with it and their waiting list to get something looked at is several weeks from when you take it in.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Walked in selection in minimal at best. Whole time I was there one knuckle head was on phone and the other was in office. No one came and greeted me, helped me, not even acknowledged me. So I went to leave, guy walked right past me and never asked if I needed help or nothing. Looked at utv outside, guy walked out and again never even acknowledged me. Been to many power sports places and this is by far the worst. Never again and I was there to buy 3 four wheelers and a utv. Big loss for them.

I am having issues with my sea doo spark going in to limp mode. I brought my ski to the service department and Patrick went out of his way to help me figure out what could be going on and also had Seth give me info on things to try. These guys are very knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal. I highly recommend Waco motor sports. I bought my ski new from them and will continue to do all my business with them.

I can't comment on the service department, but my experience with the sales team -- in particular Todd -- was excellent. They made me a good deal on a new UTV and worked tirelessly to find several accessories that were out of stock everywhere I looked. They even delivered it to me in Cedar Park and the delivery driver was a wealth of information for a new owner, covering things like tie downs, tips driving the vehicle on and off a trailer, etc. I could not be happier with the entire experience. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had been looking for a specific used machine. I made contact with Javier and in a few minutes we had a deal over the phone. He helped arrange delivery for me (at a very reasonable cost) and the machine arrived as promised. On time and in the condition I expected. We all want the same thing. Parts personel were very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices seemed great compared to local competition. I'm bringing my bike in tomorrow for minor maintenance and will update my review accordingly.
Service manager remained professional and courteous throughout the rest of my experience but the woman working the service desk led me on for a month. She kept telling me they needed another week for a month. The straw that broke the camel's back was that she eventually told me she never said a week.

I do not recommend this place at all!! Upon entering the front door, my wife and I and my daughter were encouraged to not wear a mask. After explaining that we would not remove them, we were met with attitudes from both him and the girl working behind the counter. This is not the time to encourage no masks guy

If I could give it a worse score than that single star, I would. It was my experience that this business was shockingly unfair, dishonest and irresponsible with motorcycles they agreed to repair and sell for us. We were repeatedly told dishonest answers by one service person only to have those answers contradicted by yet another service person, also untrue. We checked the prices they charged us for simple repairs and the robbery was sickening. There was nothing we could do, since we live out of state and had no way to hold them accountable. I took my Polaris Express in and told them it needed a starter. They 'checked it out' and a few days later called and said it only had a loose wire - cost was $182. I hauled it home, we rode it less than 30 mintues and then it wouldn't start. So, I hauled it back, and sure enough...it needed a starter. Then, they called to say they would have to take out the clutch to change the starter and at $100/hr, it would probably take 3-4 hours. I approved the work. Took my moped to get a flat tire replaced and they ended up over charging me and returned my moped 5 times louder than when I dropped it off. When I initially called, the guy said it would cost 45 dollars, but I ended up having to pay 120. These guys will try to rip you off in multiple ways, I went out of my way to download and sign up for this app just to write this review. DONT GO HERE

I live in DFW and was in the market for a Wildcat 1000 UTV, I spoke with 3 dealers in the DFW area and was not treated well by 2 of the 3 and decided to widen my search.
