"A few days ago, when I was in for my last for service, I got both my tire and mileage service done, even though I was short 1k. Everyone was friendly, as usual and although it took a several hours, I didnt mind because I had nothing else to do. Besides, Id rather everything was done right and not rushed. My only complaint is having to go down 31 to get there. Thats a ROAD, not a highway. Highways a supposed to be smooth and 31 is far from that.”

I purchased 2020 Low Rider and I am very please with the dealership. Autumn helped me thorough the purchase process. She is very friendly yet professional. The staff at dealership is knowledgeable and friendly as well. I drive 134 miles to the dealership to get my motorcycle but in the end the long drive was very well worth it.

I purchased a 2011 Street Glide from a private party. I took it to them to have a complete service done with fluid changes and have them check it out for any problems. I went ahead and had them clean it up and payed extra for the full detail. My total bill came out to about $900. I have to say I wasn’t very happy with the results. When you pay over $250 for a detailed wash and polish you expect a quality job. My 10 year old grandson could have done a better job.
As for the service, the bike ran well, the oil looked fresh to me but the air filter wasn’t

After having my husbands bike for 7 mths to do repairs from a storm that flung his bike and turned it. They want to call and say the battery is no good and the gas tank has rust inside. But it's our fault. Funny how it was getting rode and nothing was wrong with it before that. 7 mths? The manager that does repairs is rude and unprofessional. One excuse after another when we called of why it's taking so long for repairs.

To all you people this place is calling to buy you bike!!! This place has integrity issues! I don’t recommend trusting anything they say! I was told over the phone to come down the deal was approved. (The GM makes up excuses for not being there and following thru on deals) I drove down from Fort Worth and was told the GM just left so just leave my bike and come back four days later and get a check? They wanted me to sign papers? I took the time to send pictures confirm price and made the deal over the phone! Get there last night and OH the GM forgot to sign the check? Then was told OH he had

TJ is always a pleasure to schedule periodic and unplanned service with. He has consistently been able to work any of my 3 motorcycles into their busy schedule and accommodate my personal schedule. His advice on recommended service has also been spot on and Im looking forward to my next visit for my 1st 1,000 mile service of our latest purchase.

Whether you are a seasoned rider or novice, the staff here are your friends. I always felt like their intention was not to sell me a bike, but rather to see if they could help me find the kind of bike I was looking for. Everybody is super friendly and eager to help you find “your bike”.

Purchased my Road Glide Ultra back in 2016. Sold me the Service Package agreement which I think is invaluable if you get out to ride your bike across the country. Took my bike in for all scheduled services and everything seem to go well. When my service agreement ended I tried to take the oil filter off and found that it was over-tightened a lot! I was pissed. So I took my bike to a local professional mechanic that pointed out many things wrong with my bike such as loose bolts on various parts of the bike, loose exhaust mounting bolts, unsecured wiring in the fairing, and the list goes on...you

The staff is always friendly and the store is well kept. The variety of upgrades available on the floor is really good for a store that size. It’s always a mandatory stop when I’m in town!!

Parts people are idiots that don't know anything unless it's on a picture, and sales people don't listen and will only try to push what the boss says. If you're in a club, stay away.

ADAM SMITH'S HARLEY DAVIDSON OF WACO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! My husband and I are from New Smyrna Beach Florida traveling on our 7000 mile ride. We were on our way home traveling through Texas when our motorcycle broke down in Lampasas Texas. We called every local towing company including our Progressive Insurance attempting to get a tow truck or any kind of assistance. We called the local Harley Dealer Harker Heights Harley Davidson for help. After advising we were stranded for 3 hours now and were not from the area they just advised they would not be able to help nor would their other owned

Rude, invasive staff who need to seriously learn some manners and respect. Go anywhere else instead of this place where you'll be treated like less than a human. They run with assumptions and are full of themselves.

Friendly staff in every department. Stopped by to get a poker chip for a family member's collection and got a tour of the place and a free bottle of water. They have free events there for everyone to enjoy. Recommend you check it out.

Dropped in while in town to get a challenge coin. Ended up talking with Brett and he showed us a number of bikes. While I didn't buy a bike today, I appreciated him taking the time to answer questions and showing me a few bikes that would be a good fit. Great customer service!!

This Harley Dealership is now owned by Adam Smith. Just bought a used 2013 Street Glide and could not be happier. The purchase was a breeze and they were not pushy. Bought my first motorcycle from Gary at Harley Davidson of Waco and I can not think of a way it could of gone better. They were fair and answered all of the questions I have had. I bought a used bike and my oil light came on about two weeks after I left and they apologized and fixed it right away. I did not have to wait and from the beginning never intended on making me pay a dime for it. If you want a Harley this is the place to go.
