Services
An evaluation and care plan at the Schottenstein Center involves much more than just examining a patient's foot or ankle. A complete examination will look at a patient's lower limb's bones, joints, connective tissue, circulation, nerve function, skin and nails, gait, and footwear.
The patient's full medical history will also be discussed and taken into account, in addition to his or her foot or ankle problem to help formulate the most accurate diagnosis.When a diagnosis is made, the patient's, unique lifestyle, and goals for treatment will all play a part in creating a customized evidence-based treatment plan.

At The Schottenstein Center we accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers' Compensation. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (305)-912-6646 or (954)-998-6646 to find out if we accept your insurance plan. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit.

Our clinic is comprised of a team of professionals with numerous years of experience in treating a multitude of conditions. We assist patients with identifying the condition along with providing the best treatment option available.
Our goal at The Schottenstein Center is to ensure injured employees can get back to their job as quickly as possible while keeping their safety and full recovery as major priorities. Dr. Schottenstein is absolutely the best doctor I’ve dealt with! When I went to see her, she was very comforting and was able to mitigate my symptoms that have been lingering for years. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She explains everything and makes sure her patients understand. Highly recommend Dr. Schottenstein and her staff!

The simple truth is Dr Schottenstein saved my foot. She has taken care of me since day one with patience and warmth. The whole staff from the friendly Grace at the front desk to my favorite nurse Lamarcia, they really are fantastic. I will always be grateful to Dr Schottenstein for everything she's done for me.

Well, I have to say Dr. Schottenstein is no joke! She is very experienced and adept at what she does! Just as important I suppose, is her bedside manner! She had to remove my whole toe nail on my big toe on my right foot, because of a toenail fungus, and put me right at ease! I was nervous because I never had to get a whole toe nail removed, but she really made me feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend her for your foot, ankle, and leg issues! I would give her ten stars if I could!!!

I've going to Dr. Julie for about one year for a wound on my foot. In and out the hospital was well. But Dr. Julie told me that the process will take a while and just have patience with her. Yes, she was right. My foot is healing very well and I'm happy that I didn't give up on her.

In 2019 Dr. Schottenstein diagnosed me with anterior tendonitis. Multiple x-Rays but no MRI, put me in boot for a few months and then suggested physical therapy. The pain never went away so we tried PRP at $800.00 whereby she never even took an ultra sound of my foot to know where to place the needle. (She actually was going to do it on the bottom of my foot until I reminded her that it was my tendon near my ankle.) Fast forward to 2020, I have seen another Podiatrist and was immediately ordered to get an MRI. The results? I actually have 2 torn ligaments in my foot which after so much time have

Dr. Julie Schottenstein is a fantastic doctor, who has taken care of my son and my daughter when they have had foot injuries. Her staff is extremely helpful and competent. I also have a sciatic/ hip issue that she resolved. I highly recommend her and her practice for any issues affecting the legs and feet!

I sprained my ankle 2 months ago while playing basketball. I went to see Dr Schottenstein and she gave me different treatment options. One of the options was PRP (PLATELET-RICH PLASMA) injection.
I was undecided at first because my insurance does not cover this treatment. But since all other remedies didn't help, I finally decided to go for it.
I did PRP injections 3 weeks ago and I am now 75% better! It was the best decision I made this year! Thank you Dr Schottenstein!

SHE WILL FIND THE BEST WAY TO HEAL YOU!!!should have written this comment months ago! They are AMAZING! Hands down. I had an accident and broke my left ankle ( medial malleolus oblique fracture). My bone was up side down and surgery was the only way to get me on my feet! Dr. Schottenstein brought me back together with only one screw! I am pretty sure if there was another doctor they would have put a plate! But she picked the best treatment for me and was there for me all the time. When it comes to health i am such a pain.
