Honestly if I could rate them a 0 I would. They have some of the worst customer service teams I have ever experienced. They lost the key to my apartment and now refuse to come fix my sink that has been broken for WEEKS until I bring them a copy. But I live 30 mins from their office and I didnt lose the key. So that is an insane inconvenience considering i have 3 young kids at home. They have left more issues unfixed than I can even count. We called about our oven that doesnt heat up properly almost a year ago. I have just given up hope of that ever being repaired. They never follow through with
