These guys are simply the best. After doing extensive internet research and reading all the horror stories, we were a little apprehensive about moving companies. Then on a recommendation from our real-estate agent, we chose Valley Custom Moving. What a great choice. These guys did exactly what they said they would do. Showed up on time, delivered as promised. We had almost zero damage. After moving a 4 bedroom 2,700 sq ft house over 1,250 miles and the only thing that broke, a plastic wheel on a portable air conditioner. We simply can't say enough about this group of guys. I would not hesitate

We just used Valley Custom to move from Irvine to Boise. They were straight forward with there quoting process. They did what they said they would. Communicated during there trip out to Irvine, showed up on time. Austin and Tony were professional and they were very good movers. Took good care of our stuff, and were careful when they were moving into the new place. We were very comfortable with them and would ask for them specifically if we needed a moving company in the future

We were really impressed with Valley Custom Moving. We had a huge amount of stuff (3 moving trucks worth) to move from Sacramento to Idaho and KJ and his crew made it look so easy and smooth. We really appreciate the great care they took wrapping things and moving them through the house and onto the truck. Email communication was also easy and clear without long delays. We would highly recommend them to others moving from California to Idaho!

We moved from Las Vegas to Kuna, Idaho, and had a house and garage full of stuff, including very fragile antiques. Corey and Joshua handled everything with utmost care and everything arrived in Idaho in perfect condition. It's obvious they enjoy their work and put the needs of the customer first. Movers were professional and friendly. They explained exactly the process with moving out all our property and they explained in detail the process how they were going move our property. The movers were also very polite and friendly though out the whole process. I would definitely refer them to anyone planning to move.

After hearing great reviews of Valley Custom Moving we decided to book them for our long distance move from CA to Idaho. The reviews are right! Josh, Rob and Austin were absolutely amazing! They were in and out in just under 3 hours. I couldn't believe the care they took on our items, even wrapped all the big stuff. Talk about 5 star treatment. They will be storing our things until our home is done then they'll be delivering to us. Im sure it'll be just as smooth as it was today..If you have any hesitation, no need for it. Book them now! They showed up early and did a great job packing up my parents house. Very professional and considerate of breakables. They did an excellent job of packing the POD and was able to get it all into one POD. Hard workers who took no breaks. Communicated well. Awesome job!! We appreciate the awesome service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality packers. Now if only I could talk them into coming to Indiana to unpack!! 😁😁
