A few days ago Carl's came to our rescue and I was Surprised to learn they do auto repair work now too. they diagnosed our car problem and wait for it....actually told us that a competing business would be more affordable for us and then, WAIT FOR IT....actually gave us a free tow to the competing business!! Amazing, as they certainty didn't have to do either one but we are so grateful they did. So Just when you think they are all crooked swindlers, along comes "CARL" to HITCH 🗜 ya up, HELP you out and SHOW YOU OTHERWISE!

I called AAA to tow my Sprinter RV to the dealer. Carl’s Towing is who they are contracted with to tow RVs. Carl called me personally and asked about my situation. He spent time on the phone helping me diagnose the problem with my Sprinter. He figured out what was wrong and I was able to fix it! He lost a tow job ( that would have been lucrative), but gained a huge fan.

Was at my vehicle with in 30 minutes, towed to my home, even told me what he saw the problem is when he was pulling the car on the flat bed truck, very helpful as also downloaded it in the spot I wanted it. Not in the driveway, but to the side of it, to be out if the way. Recommend there service to every one I know. Friendly staff when I call as well.

My husband was in a rush and accidentally put a few gallons on unleaded in our diesel truck. Not sure what to do he called Carl's Towing. Carl himself came by and hooked up the truck and towed it to where we could drain the unleaded, a few buck down the drain literally. Then hook us up to get back to the gas station so we could fill up with diesel. If he wouldn't have had such a quick response time it would have ended up with us losing thousands of dollars. Hands down the best, and courteous, tow driver and company I have ever dealt with

I agree with Carlos, Kyle and Randall, as stated on Google Reviews, not a customer service friendly business, this guy is all about the money, trust me. I phone the day after Thanksgiving as we had discussed to come in and pay for the tow, he stated "he was closed" could I come back Monday. Come in Monday to pay he cannot take cash and a debit card, he can only accept one form of payment? Why, are you so incompetent that you can't figure out how to add the two forms of payment? Mind you, I have already signed over the title to the car, which we know he will collect something

Wow! Blown away by this level of service and kindness. I called Carl at 4:30pm on a busy 90degree Saturday for help with our travel trailer. He was nice on the phone and genuinely tried to help me figure out what to do. He was nearby so he just stopped in at the auto parts store where my husband was buying parts! We are from out of town with minimal tools so he brought us back to his shop and helped us prep the part to repair our wheel. All at no charge. We MADE him take some money. Great place. If my husband can't fix our wheel then we'll call them for towing services for sure.
