Called geico after wrecking my wheel up on the ice for a tow job, they assigned me ASAP Towing. Their name is an openly blatant lie, the initial wait was over ten hours, they are currently over two hours past that with no updates whatsoever from the company. Ive been given the run around when i tried to call them, and GEICO isnt having any luck on an update either. Its been 12 hours since i requested towing and i still have no idea when theyll bother to either show up or even update me on the situation. They have my phone number, and an online tracker. Our driver, Joel, was friendly, professional and responsive and was nice enough to give my 4 year old a tow truck tour which made his day! The dispatcher was also very friendly, helpful and responsive. It was very reassuring that they sent regular update texts regarding their arrival status. We highly recommend their service!

My 4WD drive car with snow tires slid backwards down the very steep, s-shaped driveway, jumped the curb, and was stranded with one wheel 10 feet above the street. The driver Joel figured out how to recover it and expertly executed the complex strategy required to do so safely. I am very grateful and impressed!

Absolutely stellar service. It’s New Year’s Eve, there’s snow on the roads and I needed TWO vehicles hauled. Our driver Dakota arrived early, very patient and friendly, did everything he could to make things run smoothly and set any anxieties I had to ease, and his parking of the vehicles was absolutely perfect.
The dispatcher I scheduled with was a sweetheart as well, seriously couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Because of the snow storm the 5 hour wait was understandable to get service. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful and I had a pleasant conversation with her. Then the tow truck operator, a pleasant young man, got his truck stuck in the snow just like me. A characterization “of the blind leading the blind” I think.

Asap towing did a great job for moving a couple of my big toolboxes. Not an easy job at all, but the driver I had made it look much easier than many other tow truck companies I've used in the past 10 years from all over the country. Dakota was my driver and I highly recommend him, he deserves a raise for how well he operates his truck and how safely he rigged my boxes. ZERO STARS!!! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT HANDICAPPED VETERANS! The dispatcher was extremely rude and stand off-ish. For a company that has a contract to tow from a complex they will not do it! An EASY non complaint ADA parking violator... and they will NOT TOW. Never use these so called "ASAP" tow company. They dont care.

So grateful for this company!
I locked my keys- and my 2 year old- in my car this evening. The dispatcher was kind, sympathetic, and said they would get the closest driver out to me quickly - she even said she would call the owner if needed.
The responding driver called me back with an ETA, and was able to get into my car quickly when he arrived.
Kind, quick, and easy! I really appreciate them!

Absolutely terrible company! I locked my keys in my car off of Chukanut and my insurance contacted ASAP towing to come do a lockout service. I was locked out with my sister, on her birthday, with three kids. I called after an hour and they hadn't even put the order through yet but said it would be 30 minutes because the guy was working on lights on another truck in the yard. I called back after another 40 minutes and was told he was just then pulling out of the driveway. I reminded her that I had three small kids with me and the girl said she was watching him pull out of the driveway. After

Wow! These guys and gals are awesome!!! So nice AND, the most affordable in town! This guy actually came to rescue me on his way home from a long day at work so I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes outside in the cold. Hopefully I won't need them again in the near future, but if I do, i will call ASAP Towing for sure. Thanks again for making this unpleasant experience a much more bearable one.

My husband's truck slid into the ditch and I immediately called the first tow company on Google which was Johnson's towing. I was on hold about about 5 minutes before I hung up and called Asap. They answered immediately and sent someone out in 30 minutes. The gal on the phone was very pleasant. Andrew came to rescue my husband and was awesome. He is a great asset to this business and I will call Asap from this point forward because of my experience.

My son's BMW convertible experienced battery/alternator problems while on the road. Worse yet was the convertible top was stuck open and the clouds were rolling in. An emergency situation. ASAP receptionist, Leighza, was extremely competent and helpful in dispatching a tow truck driver to help us. When the driver, Micah, arrived, he also was courteous, helpful, and professional in the manner he treated my son's car while expediting the tow. I would recommend everyone to give ASAP Towing a call if they experience car troubles and need a reliable, easy, and fast company to tow their vehicle

I had a very favorable experience with ASAP Towing, which is one of two services I was advised to utilize for the coverage provided by my car insurance agency. The tow truck arrived sooner than the estimated time of arrival. The driver, Brandon (General Manager too, I think), negotiated the tricky, narrow driveway expertly to get to the car and secure it with his tow equipment. He treated me with courtesy and respect. We got my vehicle and me to the repair shop straight away. When the car isn't working, it's nice the towing service is a help and not an additional stress. Thanks

These men did not explain anything to the drivers of the cars as far as billing. We got hit and had to come out of poket almost 500 dollars because these guys are not up to date with the present they cant bill you later or get confirmation of a bill through insurance. Im giving these guys a one star because one couldnt answer any questions about billing or how much this would cost and the other guy couldnt explain anything. Asap towing has dissapointed me if I would have just got an honest answer or someone to explain something this would of been a great review.
