I came to Cliff looking for a second opinion on a bankruptcy case that I had pending with another attorney. After 11 months of delays, my original attorney had advised that I did not qualify for a chapter 7 case and must convert to a chapter 13. Running my own numbers again and again I disagreed.

He was very prompt and clear answering our questions over email regarding timing, costs, etc. Then, when my family met with him for the free consultation, they said they were very impressed and gratified by how incredibly nice and knowledgeable he was. A TRULY REMARKABLE ATTORNEY, HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! We searched 18 months for the perfect attorney and my wife and I knew after the first consultation that he was the one that could actually achieve our zero plan with lien strip. He was always patient with our never ending questions and always gave honest answers, never over promising like most of the attorneys we spoke with. I am very impressed with Mr. Bordeaux! He has been endlessly patient with my mother and me regarding my lawsuit. He answered all of my emails very quickly and was always there to help. I liked the fact that he was open on Saturdays, because I wouldn't have been able to come during the week. He was more than reasonable with his fees. I honestly feel that he did a superb job on my case, and I know that the outcome would not have been as favorable had he not been on our side!
