Workmanship and Good Customer Service is not this company priority ❗️❗️❗️
Dearman will have no trouble cash my check the next day, but when I call for a tech because of their equipment failure, they said nope we’ll get to you whenever!!!!!
Dearman sold us a pump 2 years ago $1600 and 2 weeks ago they sold us a water tank $1200. When they came to install the water tank the technician said, your pump has a short and it is on borrowed time !!!! Excuse me…..the pump we guys just installed 2 years ago ??? Is now on borrowed time.

They fixed the pump on my well and had excellent customer service and we're incredibly professional. Highly recommend

Great group of guys very friendly an family oriented this is definitely a go to pump company.

Well they oversized the system at my old house on antoinette, such that it pulled more 2x as much water was available, resulting in the the pump burning up every 3 years, then at my new house they had replaced the system 2 weeks before i moved in, while the house was in escrow, and would not warranty their work or parts 4 weeks later when the system failed. But the guy had to take the motor control box that failed

My first visit was a horrible experience a year ago. I should have stayed away. I recently purchased a property with their well inspection quote. I figured they know what needs to be done to rid the iron, my well is full of iron. Needless to say it's still full of iron after spending $750, ($450 of which is labor most of the time was spent pumping the water 3 hours), ( wires and pipes,60ft each for $350) should have done it myself. Never using Dearman, never recommending them! You ever feel like you wished you would never have known or heard of Dearman Pump. The taste in my mouth is worst then

Tech was professional and nice enough, got my system fixed, for 500$ (slightly pricey for what was done but they did it on the weekend)
Biggest gripe is the tech took my failed part with out my permission, 5 minutes after he left, he would not bring it back but insisted he take it to turn it in for warrantied replacement. Now 6 weeks later they refuses to give me either the replacement they got or the original. This is a 225$ part that I could have easily repaired.
I personally think this was just another way for them to increase their profits

Called these guys to come service our well/creek hybrid system up in Round Mountain. These guys did a great job. Called after hours and I got an answer and was able to schedule for the very next day. John and Scott came up and trouble shot the system quickly and efficiently and really did a great job not only fixing it but walking me through the process and what we need to do in the future to keep it in good condition. Awesome service five stars.

I'm very pleased with Dearman Pumps. They replaced my well pump and installed a 5000 gallon storage tank. Both the folks in the office and the techs in the field were friendly and knowledgeable.The whole project took 2 days and was significantly less expensive than the other quotes. There were 3 minor issues that required call backs and they were taken care of quickly. Recommended.

Thank you Dearman Pump! We woke up with no water and called Dearman Pump. They came out within a couple of hours and accessed our situation. They installed a new tank and well pump as soon as we got their estimated price and we okayed it they began working. They finished the job in about 4 hours and we had water running. Great company and great crew.

We’ve used this company for years at our various properties, but the lack of training and knowledge of their current technicians is greatly lacking. We had to call them back three separate times for the same issues and still no resolution, yet they charged us each time. The owner made one of those trips and still couldn’t take care of the problem. We had to call one of their competitors to finally get it done right.
I’d be really cautious of these folks, they just don’t care much anymore nor have the capabilities to handle the job!

DEARMANs is without a doubt the number one service in our county. The exemplify the the word service. The tech's are informative and polite. I would not hesitate to use there service and highly recommend this company.

I'll start by saying Ron Dearman and his crew are incredible !!!!

Last evening, just after 5:00 pm, as I was getting ready to shower as we were having friends over for dinner, I noticed that our water pressure was REALLY low. I immediately headed to the pump house and noticed that I had an error code on the control panel for our variable speed pump. I called Dearman Pumps after hours number and left a msg, less than 5 minutes later Ron Dearman returned my call and said he'd come by in 20 minutes (at the time of my call the Dearman family was having a Christmas party). He arrived

This is a great company that cares about its customers. This is the only company our family will use in the North State.

Called them, when had problems. They had a crew out that day. Problem fixed. They checked out my entire system and had my problem solved in just a couple of hours.
Friendly staff a great personality. Would highly recommend.

Jerry and Todd came out today to restore electrical service to our primary domestic well pump. They very professionally troubleshot our complex and confusing control system and got us back in service in short order. Call Dearman Pump for new or existing pump connections. They know what they are doing unlike several others here in town.

Call these guys if you ever need work on your well!! Guys did a terrific job and I couldn't be happier!!

Troy is wonderful. He's quick and efficient and he sticks around to make sure everything is working properly. He is very helpful, showing me how things are supposed to work and giving me tips for improvement of my water system.

Hired Dearman Pump to inspect a well and pump at a house we were looking to purchase. The only thing they told us was the GPS and toxicity report from the county, when we asked about water depth and static water they said they would have to remove the pump and it would cost $500-800 even though we requested this in the original inspection and were quoted $245 for it.

They then submitted a quote to fix a faulty wire or potential bad pump for $2000. We then had Sinclair Pump and Electric come test the pump and were given completely different info. Static water level, pump inspection, tank pressure

Really nice until they pay you or you have a situation that they cant fix by tossing water softeners on it. When they took my cash and their softener did nothing to solve the problem, they refused to allow me to return the softener. Ron Dearman's first comment was that they would take it out and give me only $300 on a $2,000 dollar purchase.

That is outrageous. I would expect those numbers to be switched but really? Then Ron Dearman told me, "Listen, you will get a lot more with honey than you do with vinegar." An old wise statement that would be the wrong thing to say to someone
