We just purchased a home and found that there was quite a bit of sediment in our plumbing fixtures and sprinkler system. I contacted two companies to evaluate the well, and to see what was going on. The "other" company, came on site and stated that the casing had to be replaced and that most likely we would need a new well. Once they left, I contacted John at Tri County Drilling and Pump. I let him know that the "other" company said we needed a new well. John and Ron came right over, on the same day. They checked the well and found that the well is fine, it just needs a filter installed. This was

What a great company to work with. We had to update our pump for the sprinkler system in our house. Brian came out promptly, upgraded the pump, fixed a few things we were unaware of and had it completed with in a days time. Highly recommend this Company to anyone that needs work done. For those of us not familiar with the mysteries of wells and how they operate, it's not only a pleasure but essential to deal with patient, honest, knowledgeable technicians--and Tri County offers just that.
My pump had not been pumping with much pressure and the relief valve had burst far too often, and though I had helpful neighbors that managed to do pretty good fixes, it was evident that more extensive work was needed--and it turned out a worn-out pressure tank was the problem, and a new one was needed, as well as the organization of the other essential workings necessary. I don't typically write reviews, this will actually be the first review I have ever written, but I have to post something about Tri County Drilling. Lost all water to our house called my home warranty and they put out an emergency service request. Never heard from the company they sent the request to,but I had called Tri county and Travis came out to trouble shoot it. He fixed the problem first thing in the morning, with two young kids in the house it was a lifesaver. Will highly recommend for great friendly service with great knowledge. Thanks again Travis!!!!!

We were very impressed with Tri County Drilling .Travis and his crew replaced our very old pressure tank with a bladder tank. They were knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. Travis got right on the issue and diagnosed the likely issue. Discussed the possibilities and let me know what to expect all in terms my wife and I could understand.
Once we were ready, Travis and Brian came out and got to it. They are a professional knowledgeable team. Travis gave me unsolicited updates along the way.
Once they completed the job they shown me my old pump, pipes and wires...amazing what 18 years in the ground does. Explained what I should expect as to water clearing and so fourth. They thoroughly cleaned up the job site.

These guys were awesome! I talked to Travis the night I had no water and the next day he had his guys out at my place replacing an old pump that was about to go out. They kept me informed on what was going on and what I would expect from replacing a pump that still worked but was also 17 years old. They upgraded all kinds of things like new electrical wire for the pump and upgrades to the electric box to help the pressure tank. When they left, one of the guys said "See you in 20 years!" I would highly recommend this company to anybody that needs to have a well drilled or is having problems with

Hello I am a home owner, My 30 year pump died on us, Travis and Danielle were out standing. Not only did he walk me through the steps of self checking and troubleshooting my pump equipment, but they went out of their way to accommodate me as a do it yourselfer. Honest, always answer his phone, goes out of their way no matter what to help the customer.
