I used to shop at the Physical store as long as they were here in Aurora. I bought all my clothes there and told everybody good things about the place. Ever since they shut down the storefront, the company had changed. I purchased an item ($100 sweater) an followed the measurement chart which said I would need an XL. The item arrived and is cut way too big so actually I needed a large. I called to get a return/exchange only to find out I would have to pay for shipping in “both” directions going & coming. So with the original shipping to me plus shipping Bach to company plus for them to ship

CCO is a great family owned business! They have clothing that you can't find anywhere else at the BEST prices. I've been shopping for my husband and sons here for several years. CCO had to adapt and change (like everyone did) during the pandemic. One of those changes was being an internet only business. I don't mind that at all. I would prefer to NOT be around a lot of people. I just bought a ton of stuff for Christmas, and it arrived perfectly and on time. If you're local, you can return items directly to their store. You just have to set it up with them beforehand by sending them an email. That

Major inconvenience as I ordered a suit, but the wrong pant size was sent. Asked for expedition as I needed the suit for a funeral two days later, but was told not available. Just sending the whole suit back now because the purpose is defeated. Will say though the customer service people are kind. But check your merchandise as soon as it comes.
