The Living Room has 3,500 square feet of flexible use area, provide a unique industrial backdrop for your event. Flexible spaces allow you to divide or expand your event as needed. Custom floor plans utilize our comfortable and sleek banquet furniture. Pre-installed audio-visual system, commercial staging kitchen and ample parking meet all your event needs!

Yes, alcohol is permitted in the building as long as it stays within The Living Room event space. Host Liquor Liability insurance must be held by either the vendor hired to provide alcohol or the event hosts.

I would give 0 stars. Do NOT rent this place!!!! Completely ruined bride and grooms night and shut the reception down 2 hours prior to the time being up due to some people bringing their drinks outside to smoke. Staff did not handle situations professionally or make an announcement to everybody to not do so. Staff and security were soooo rude and unprofessional. Who ruins and shuts down a once in a lifetime day ??? This place so don’t do it! There’s many more places other than this HORRIBLE place.

Venue was poorly managed and not equipped with proper staff or supplies for cleaning a spill on the dance floor floor or washing hands in the kitchen no paper towels ! Sadly ruined entire night for the bride and groom by not being proactive. I have been to many venues and have to say very disappointed by the way they handled the guests taking alcohol outside to smoke then closed the reception down INSTEAD of announcing over the speakers that this was not allowed and please refrain other wise you will not be allowed back in or we will have to close down !!

Beautiful venue with ample parking for a mid sized crowd. I wouldn't host a huge 500 person wedding here, but the 100ish person wedding I attended here felt very spacious. The size of occupancy could be easily doubled from what I experienced without feeling overly crowded. Overall has a rustic feel with exposed brick walls, hanging clear globe lights strung from movable brackets along the walls, and the exposed wall supports at the entrances. Very versatile and I could see many different design options from modern, to outdoorsy, to simplistic minimalism.

The entire building was spotless. And it is so cool and gorgeous, it doesn't need much extra. Plenty of parking. Very accessible. They let you make your own choices regarding food or drink and whatnot. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and easy to work with. And Jacobi makes it look so effortless. During some planning I relied on her professional opinion, she found ways to make the morning and day of so much easier and stress-free, during the evening she helped us maintain comfortable temperatures and she even helped with set up and tear down! We loved this place. This is one of the last few venues around that allows you to bring in your own food and booze. Our guests had an amazing time and Marisa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and while we had so much freedom, she was willing to provide her own advice for how to best utilize the space! This is a fantastic, contemporary space for any DIY-wedding couple.
