This was my first visit. The front staff was very nice and accommodating. I bought a half price coupon from 107.5 for 30 units of Botox. Dr. Lisa told me I needed an extra 20 units to which I agreed. However, 2 weeks later, no results. I have been getting Botox for about 10 years and have never had this problem. Very disappointed.
Business owner replied. Said patients receive a complementary 2 week follow up and that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. No one mentioned a follow up visit nor have I been contacted to schedule an appointment. It is now 15 days since my appointment

Very friendly and welcoming environment. Staff is very knowledgeable, always available, and goes above and beyond every time. I lost 35 pounds using the HCG system and you can to! I have found it to really fit with my lifestyle and something I can use after the diet ends to sustain my weight loss. After the diet ends the support and follow up is still available. I do not think there is another place like this in the Twin Cities and will always recommend them.

I just want to say THANK YOU Dr. Erhard and Sam (your humor is FABULOUS) and that great staff for making my first experience with having botox and filler done. It was amazing! Dr. Erhard explained every step to me, pointed out areas that I could use some improvements. I was a nervous one but Sam her nurse helped me through that with her humor. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!
