Dr. Ralph W. Bashioum is the President and founder of the Bashioum Cosmetic Surgery Center, Ltd. and has over 30 years of cosmetic surgery experience. Dr. Bashioum has specialized in cosmetic surgery exclusively for the past 25 years. Dr. Bashioum is certified by two surgical boards, also referred to as being double-boarded.
Ralph W. Bashioum MD, FACS has over 30 years experience as a Minneapolis plastic surgeon specializing in elective cosmetic surgery and is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bashioum is a leader in Regenerative Medicine and has a particular interest in breast augmentation procedures, where autologous (your own) fat cell transfer makes natural breast enlargement possible without the use of implants.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Bashioum and the entire staff. I had a lot of questions and after expressing them to Sandy and almost deciding not to have the surgery I received a call from Dr and he took the time to answer honestly all my questions. I appreciate that he doesn’t sugar coat anything or make promises he can’t deliver. I would recommend Nip N Tuck to anyone interested in surgery!

5 stars is not enough to describe my experience at Bashioum Cosmetic Surgery Center! I went in for a consult for fixing my under eye bags and also to discuss a possible tummy tuck. I knew I had more weight to lose before I could go forward with a tummy tuck but still wanted information and after struggling with hating my eye bags for years (and seeing myself in zoom meetings) I decided it was time to take care of it. Dr Bashioum was wonderful in explaining the process for fixing my eyes. He also explained why it was necessary to lose more weight before being able to have a successful tummy tuck

The front desk lady and the nurse we saw were awesome. So kind. The Dr talked to my husband the whole time. I feel pretty disrespected. His first question after sitting down was to my husband then proceeded to talk to him for 10 minutes before asking why i was there. He was nice and all but told me to lose more weight and HOW to do that even though i already told him i am IN the process and have already lost 60 pounds. Didnt even get a price quote, just told to come back in the fall.. then continued to tell my hudband stories while i sat there in the robe.

I am very happy with my results. After having two kids, I needed some TLC to get back to what I looked like before. I didn't have a lot of expectations and was hoping to come at least half way to my younger self. However, Dr. Bashioum exceeded my expectations. My results are amazing and my husband said I look better than I did before I had kids. And the best part, because I opted for fat grafts, everything is natural. Dr. Bashioum is not just a surgeon, but a talented artist.
