This has to be the most friendliest and professional doctor's office I have been to in a long time. As soon as you walk into the door, you are greeted with a friendly welcome from Adria. Dr Regina is very thorough and spoke very clearly so that my senior parents and I could understand their issues. Allen was a joy to work with. He got my mother and I the best deal on glasses. We couldn't ask for better treatment. I would totally recommend "Eye Avenue" for your eye exams and glasses.

Absolutely wonderful optometrist, and very friendly staff. I was welcome from the very first time I walked in, and was able to schedule an appointment that worked around my full-time daycare job (a feat in the least).
After my simple exam, I was fully assisted in learning how to put in contacts. My hands shake like crazy and I'm not coordinated, so I was very happy that someone spent 20 minutes helping me out them in. Absolutely spectacular!

Great Service from Dr. Regina Tran to the front desk staffs. Very professional, polite and took the time to explain the whole process to us. I also believe their price was very reasonable. My kids were delighted which normally is not the case. They were excited to return for their following visit. Thank you so much for an amazing service. I highly recommend them.

The Eye Avenue made me feel extremely comfortable during my very first optician visit. The office and atmosphere is very welcoming and soothing to the eye. I met with Dr. Regina Tran who provided me with great service. Afterwards, I met with Allen who’s just awesome. From start to finish every person I interacted with was professional, courteous, and personable. I worked with Adria (the front desk ray of sunshine), Allen (the greatest stylist/glasses guru), and Dr. John (the knowledgable husband doc). I did not see Dr. Regina (the wife doctor), but I am positive she would have been just as great.

I am so happy I found the Eye Avenue!! I was recently seeing an eye doctor that I have being seeing for years now on 434 and Tuskawilla, but after the pandemic I was starting to feel like the quality of the visit was starting to decline, it was not its best anymore. They were not requiring masks and had a sign on the door saying that their team members were sick with COVID and that is why they were short staff. But none of the staff (besides the doctor and only when he came into the examine room) had a mask on. The doctor also gave me expired contacts to sample. Well that along with not getting

If you want a great experience at an eye doctor this is the place. After years of average to poor customer service at a doctor off of Lockwood we discovered The Eye Avenue. Dr John and Allen were amazing and so helpful and nice along with the receptionist as my wife and myself got exam and glasses. Last week, my daughter has the same awesome experience as she got new lenses and got contacts for the first time. Thank You!!

This was the first place I’ve gone to for eye exams, and today was my second time there, but I can honestly say there isn’t a better place. The optometrist there is so nice and explains everything to you as she’s going over your eyes.
Also, the receptionists at the front are great and answered any questions I had. Allan, who helped me pick out some frames was extremely helpful and I was able to leave knowing I had stylish and affordable glasses coming.
Whether you need an eye exam, frames, or something more serious, I would 12/10 recommend The Eye Avenue. They make you feel comfortable

I would like to compliment Drs John and Regina along with Allen for their fantastic service. The examination was not only thorough but any and all questions clearly answered. The costs of lenses and spectacles are solidly in-line if not below other alternatives so, combined with the customer care they all offer, I personally can't think of anything that could be improved. I have been seeing opticians, optometrists and opthalmologists for many, many years and this team ranks right there at the top! Thank you!

If you live in the Oviedo area & are in need of a new prescription, I wholeheartedly recommend The Eye Avenue. First of all, Dr. Tran is awesome, made the entire experience very easygoing. Allen was great too, maximized my health insurance & saved me a bundle. Plus, they have a great selection to choose from.
