The condo complex we live at recently got a new HOA board and changed property management companies, unfortunately we rent which means we are now being treated like second class citizens. I called with a simple question regarding a $100.00 parking fine we just got, I work on the road a lot, my wife is home alone with the kids, she simply backed into our car port to unload the groceries momentarily and bam an HOA lady snapped a photo and reported us to our landlord. No warning at all.
