Kala is amazing and is always working to refine it’s processes while finding new creative ways to fulfill it's customers needs. I’ve worked here for almost 3 years and have seen this first hand. The management team here always listens to my thoughts and concerns and help me feel at home while creating solutions to any problems I may have. I worked for this company for just over a year. I had to leave due to my school schedule no longer allowing me to work full time. I can honestly say that I have never worked for a better company. Maui runs this business professionally and fairly. I never felt that I was mistreated or disregarded in anyway. Communication is sometimes an issue (as is anywhere you will work) and that's why I didn't give them a full five stars. As to the above review, if you as an employee show up on time, aren't lazy and contribute to the team I see no reason why you would ever get in trouble. I left at 8 am on average

Takes a very long time for a response and to get orders done. I've always been disappointed with the turn around time for my orders. Our current rep, which changes almost each time we order, is very slow at getting back to us and hardly ever answers our phone calls. Once they told us our order was ready but forgot to put it on the delivery truck. We went to pick it up ourselves because we were already running behind because of the time it took to print and when we arrived they didn't even know if they were done printing our order. I'm becoming very tired of this process, wish this company cared

This place is so piss poor managed. I am amazed they are still in business, How in the World would any man let Sam Bradley and Mike Simons run there company into the ground is beyond me. I cant believe that Maui Chai allows these types of people to run his company. They have no respect for the working woman or working mothers for that matter. They blame others for there mistakes and that is just horrible guys come on Sam and Mike have you ever had any training at all on how to be a manager. I think a monkey can do more in 6 hours than you both can do in one whole day together. You send drivers
