Many people rely on the convenient, easy ways of living in this age of fast food, plastic packaging and rapid development. Most people do not care to see why they live the way they do or what it takes to live in such a way. Toxic pollutants leaching into our earth and water should not be worth the convenience! Ignoring all that, these boxes are great.

I've worked with NU Packaging for a couple years now. They deliver on pricing, delivery and customer service. I've worked with Colton and Megan and they are great examples of customer service. They have been able to give me same day delivery if I have an emergency and follow up with me if something happens to be on back order. I would recommend them to anyone in need of packaging solutions.

Lately NU Packaging has extended their lead time from 2 days to most items to about a week on everything. I often times have had difficulty getting answers to simple questions such as lead times

I have worked directly with NU Packaging while employed with one Company and as an Owner of a Company. One of the Companies was large and the other a start up and in both experiences I was treated like a million dollar customer. I had immediate responses and they provided me with all sorts of options after discussing with them my vision and what I was wanting to do. I work with their sale's reps, customer service, accounting, and even their warehouse team. Each encounter has been professional and seamless making it a pleasant and easy process. As many of the other reviews have mentioned this company is HORRIBLE to work with, I mean they are the ABSOLUTE WORSE!! My company has been purchasing packaging and shipping supplies for over 18 years. I too was enticed by their prices and at first they were great to work with. However, over time their true colors started to show. It first started with their Net 30/Credit Card terms that we set up. The way it should work is we get our order delivered, they bill us at Net 30, then at 30 days they will charge our credit card to pay the invoice. Well what actually happened is we got the order delivered

Tried working with this company and should’ve listened to the reviews. I understand being a business owner and being honest and up front. If my order was to small I would’ve understood. I would’ve even possible tried to make it bigger if I could have even gotten a quote. Unfortunately my time and business isn’t worth an email back from these guys.

This company is awesome! I’ve done business with them for over 15 years now and I’ve always been pleased. Between all of them I get such great advice on all kinds of packaging. They are so willing to make sure I have the right product for the project. I can’t count how many times I’ve had a good idea and Jim has been able to turn it into a great idea. They know things about packaging I’ve never thought. They do so much of the shopping for me that they’ve saved me a great deal of money over the years. I can’t say enough nice things about them.

On several occasions I received the wrong product without any help in getting the correct product in exchange. I was double billed, billed incorrectly, and charged random amounts for invoices, then had to spend hours trying to get accounting to fix their mistake. They promise calls back and never follow through. They promise next day delivery and you wait weeks only to find out the order was never entered (again several occasions). After my last order for $1,000+ of the wrong size boxes they told me (after I had called 5 times) they could offer it at a discount or I could send them back for a full
