I have been staying in this hotel since the 29th of august and today is the 13th of September. During my first week of staying I was request to be moved to a very small room with the promise to be moved to a larger room today . I had an emergency surgery which require detailed care and the larger room with the kitchen would provide the comfort necessary for my care . As agreed , today I went to the front desk in pain to make the change , once there was told that they sold out the rooms and if I want I could check out “ like we don’t give a sheet about you “ .
