It is approximately fifteen minutes away from Ft Lauderdale Airport, and in close proximity to many local attractions, restaurants, casinos, stadiums, and golf courses. We have ten rooms available: six large one bedrooms, and four large studios. Each one bedroom has a full size kitchen, living room, bathroom, and private bedroom, with queen size bed.

The people that run this establishment act like you owe them for staying there. It is very modest accommodations with supremely outdated rooms. Steps away from Hollywood boulevard but that means a police raid or homeless roam through property at night and no one who works at hotel is there past 2pm. The lady that cleans for the place,Francine, is a jem, but other than that there are way better places on the boulevard.

Very nice quiet & enjoyable place to come too. Very clean place, and walking distance to the beach.
The staff member Ms. Francene very sweet lady always went out of her way to accommodate us on anything we needed.
I will definitely come back, and i suggest you come stay here you won't regret it !!!! 🏝😉👍

From the time of booking on the phone with Pat, to leaving our time there, everything was excellent! Beautiful grounds, clean and spacious rooms, affordable, friendly, accommodating, and the location is amazing!! Francine the cleaning gal was attentive and friendly, we felt very welcome and comfortable there.
We drove 25 hrs for this stay and it was totally worth it! We are already talking about going there again. I have already recommended to several people ☺

Location and the room was nice , clean and perfect location. However parking is limited to only 1 space per room we had 2 people and 2 cars as we came from different locations and at different times . Thus was not disclosed on website about the limited parking we had to find another room elsewhere that had more parking. Staff was very helpful and apologized for not being able to accommodate the two cars.

Very clean, you can walk right onto the beach just seconds after leaving your little apartment here. The owner Pat and the (assumably) manager who tends to your needs, Francine, were both extraordinarily nice and accommodating. Very spacious apartment we had for the week. Location was amazing and didn't really have any major complaints here. A+

This is the best place along the beach to stay. The owner Pat is a gem! The manager Francine is super sweet. Both are very accommodating. The rooms are nice and cool, and very clean. A full kitchen to cook what you want and a grill to make dinner or lunch outside. Just a few steps to the beach which is beautiful. If I ever get to come to Florida again, this will be where I stay. It beats the over priced sky scrapers any day!
