Welkin Engineering (WE) and its management has been involved in land development surveying, planning, civil engineering design and construction management since 1978. WE has been responsible for the siting, planning and design of master planned communities and new towns; for all manner of infrastructure planning and development; for multifaceted commercial, industrial and residential land development projects; and for construction management of many of these projects.

In total WE has helped plan, survey, and design more than 6,200 single/multi-family lots and hundreds of acres of commercial and industrial centers.WE is experienced in the design and construction requirements of highways, bridges, channels, levees, mass grading and storm water quality facilities.
