The first sign that you've come to the right place is the grounds, seven acres beautifully landscaped with palm trees, live oaks, flowering shrubs and tropical flowers. And the accommodations are wonderful, privately owned and individually decorated, unique and beautifully maintained. Just bring your suitcases, and perhaps some groceries, settle in and enjoy a cozy, homelike environment.

The social committee is always dreaming up activities like luncheons and parties, making it easy to enjoy yourself and meet your neighbors. Services
Our one- and two-bedroom rental units are individually owned and decorated. Contemporary furnishings create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. You'll feel like you're staying in your second home, with complete linens and a fully equipped kitchen – stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and tons of other items so you can prepare your favorite meals and dine in.
Our pool is heated year-round to a warm 86o, so you can enjoy a swim even during the cooler months. Catch a bit of sun on a lounge chair, or sit in the shade and enjoy a bit of vacation reading. Looking for a new read? Check something out of our lending library, where you can select a book, magazine or puzzle for your entertainment.
If you're up for more active fun, bring a frisbee, tennis racket or volleyball. Body surf, fly a kite, gather some shells. Pack in a picnic to enjoy on the beach or in the shaded picnic areas, or pick up a snack at the concession stands. No need to worry about Beach Parking while staying here at White Sands Village, all you have to do is walk to reach the beautiful Siesta Key Public Beach.
Crescent Beach, just south of the public beach, is a quieter and more private beach, with only one public access road. Its southern tip is the Point of Rocks, a great snorkeling and diving area with coral reefs that often harbor abundant marine life. Turtle Beach, south of Crescent Beach, is a great family play area, with a playground, horseshoe pit, boat launch, volleyball court and picnic tables.
