Communications with the Board Members and Staff are strictly adhered to by the protocols set in our condominium Rules and Documents.

I went to look at one of these condos. There was no net on the tennis court, the pool is unavailable, there is trash everywhere. But the worst part was the children. There is a group of children running around the neighborhood, screaming and playing in the roads. They also were going to random neighbors and bothering them, as well as peaking through their backyards.

Awful, awful management here! We have tried to complain to them many times about issues and no one has EVER answered the phone! There's never anyone in the office to speak with. We've tried getting them to help get rid of the RATS in our walls, and they never answered. Even when the police were called for an incident where there was someone breaking into cars, they didn't care. Worst management of any complex. They started taking down the playground to "rebuild it" and never bothered to put it back together. They closed the pool and have never reopened it. So essentially, we have never gotten to

I’d give zero stars if I could.
No one answers the office phone.
Lisa talks about Pam being in charge but there is no Pam.
The roof leaks, the mold is rampant throughout the complex. The HOA makes it difficult to rent a unit and there is no one in charge. Is it Lisa? Is it Pam?
Furniture, broken parts of cabinetry is everywhere. You pay for landscaping but they don’t mow but once a month, no edging, no blowing….
The outside is peeling where it’s letting water inside behind the “stucco”.

Awful and ghettocoming from a 10 year old.this place is not fun they just randomly towing people's cars there's more trash then people probably.ive been wanting to go to the playground and pool but it's been closed for who knows how long.the swings are missing don't even know if it's a playground at the point.cant wait to move✔️

I have been living here since January and the Community is so difficult to reach out to for anything whether it is to receive information on obtaining keys or getting a roof fixed. My ceiling has collapsed on me two months ago due to a roof leak that took me and the property owner a month to really get ahold of anyone after that I finally got ahold of Lisa who said I just needed to fill out a Work Order and leave in the mailbox And never received answer she need to leave her position her don’t help the community

They are really leaving this place to die. The kids playground it is not in a good condition. The tennis court , the basketball court and the pool area are in a horrible condition. THERE IS TERMITE EVERY WHERE. THEY SHOULD REALLY FIX THIS PLACE. There is nice people that live in there but the association don't want to waste money and the place is in a really bad place.
