I have requested multiple times to STOP emailing me the solicitations for a loan. I have asked very nicely via a responded email to stop. I have unsubscribed. And, still I get emails every single day. This company obviously does not care about personal privacy. They do not follow rules or laws.

Today, I called US Business Funding to ask for a one-month payment extension and a late charge waiver. Taylor was the representative I dealt with. He was kind, professional, and quite helpful. In a matter of 10-15 minutes, the extension was granted, and the late fee was waived. We've had a lengthy relationship with US Business Funding and can only recommend them. All the people I worked with were very helpful. I really don't know anyone better than them when it comes to speaking and explaining. Unfortunately my bank was not very kind to my expectations and it did not help me much. My previous lender was excellent, we still have time to improve as the new generation of this buyer bank is not looking for their clients. Kings of SPAM!!! Everything mentioned in other reviews about the absolute waterfall of SPAM to you is true. Complete and utter disrespect for SPAM Laws and the protections put in place to keep companies from engaging in these unethical practices. Subject lines and essentially harassment, once you're on the list the calls and SPAM are never ending. Fortunately, we understand how technology works and with each clever transition to a new originating SPAM domain we block, and have them flagged to dump all calls into a sinkhole. Do not use their unsubscribe list because it will only subscribe you another "salespersons" email account. The best thing is to have your mail server provider block the URL.

A little marketing FYI, using deception as tool to get someone to open your email is a bad strategy. Why would I engage in a business loan trusting my financial information to a company that tries to deceive me into reading an email? I keep getting hammered with their emails that I never signed up for. Go away!

The spam is unreal. An email from someone you've never heard of saying "Following up on our conversation from last August" If you respond to the email, you get a phone call from someone else, and a docusign proposal for a loan. If you click unsubscribe, you get an email the next day, from an email account with a different name on it, that says "Following up on our conversation from last August"

Also received one of the ridiculous emails from US Business Funding, referencing a "conversation we had last year" about funding for my company's "new projects." Have never EVER had a conversation with anyone about funding for my company, not even anywhere close to my job description. When I attempted to reply to the email, it came back undeliverable. When I called ol' Tim Allen, VP of Credit, to inquire why he was sending me false emails, he magically couldn't be produced, but someone "from his department" was happy to handle my inquiries for a line
