Had a chip repaired today. The person repairing, whom I presumed to be an owner, seemed confident and took care in his work. While my chip didn't allow for the repair to look completely gone (it did look considerably better), I'm confident that he took the steps to prevent further cracking, which was my greatest concern. I hope I don't need this service again, but if so, I'll return. Fair price as well.

These men are AMAZING! I had a rock hit my windshield on the freeway and had to have my entire window replaced. They were quick to get me a very affordable cost, and they offered to come to my work to repair it. They had it done and replaced in less than 30 minutes! These men are the sweetest guys you will ever meet and they genuinely care about you as a customer, you are not just another number to them. Highly highly recommend contacting them if you need some work done!

This was the most painless windshield replacement I've ever had. I called on a Thursday, and Saturday afternoon they were at my house replacing my windshield on the spot. They were exactly on time, and the process was completed in less than 20 minutes. A Plus Freedom Auto Glass was very professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have glass work done.

I had a chip on my windshield A while back and I never got the chance to do a chip repair although I was told by Shawn to do so in order for the chip to not expand and me having to replace the entire windshield. Last week my chipped windshield formed a crack across my windshield. I called Freedom auto glass. Shawn kindly made an appointment for me to have my windshield replacement ASAP. I expected a windshield replacement to be $500 - so I was very pleased to find this price to be half that! And on top of that, they come to my house and replace it there? What's not to love! Only took them about 30 mins.
I called on a Friday, and they had free time on the following Monday.
Yes, the Groupon is kind of a pain, but ultimately worth a few minutes if it saves me $90 (The Groupon cost $11 with tax)

I went through SafeCo and Safelite and was sent AAA freedom auto glass to my work parking lot. My car was hit by a tiny rock on the way to Fairview. I called Safelite and was with them within the hour, fast customer service. They arrived fast and were willing to work with my life. Before they worked on my car, they stated that they could not 100% positive make the crack go away. They said that they will make sure that it is sealed and will not crack any further. I submitted a quote through Yelp and they got back with me within 10 minutes. The pricing was by far the best. The quote included all of the options on my vehicle and the glass was perfect. They arrived two days later (it fit better into my schedule) and had the glass installed within 30 minutes. Couldn't have been better. Will definitely use them again if I have the need.

Let me start off by saying my Monday morning started off rough when I came out to go to work and my windshield was starting to crack from a rock that hit my window. I'm very glad I was able to find Shawn at AAA Freedom Auto Glass, he responded promptly gave me a quote below the others as well as gave a coupon without me asking as well as lifetime guaranteed. So apparently these guys like to scam folks. I call to make an appointment to have my rear windshield on an f150 2018 replaced yesterday. I'm quoted a price of 595 for the replacement using my vin year make and model. Now all of a sudden they get to there suppliers this morning and they're telling me my window is going to cost me $1100. Horrible language after I tell them they're giving me the run around. This is an extremely horrible company I wouldn't recommend them to anybody!

The very same day I called this company, someone picked up and was available to replace my windshield the same day! It was a quick and easy process getting my windshield replaced from this company because all I had to do was call, tell them what car I drive, and then he came over to my residence to replace the windshield. That was it!
He also gave me a $100 discount without even having to ask for it. I appreciate their honesty and their work. Thank you! Highly recommend this company!
