Rob S. came and did a custom install on my 2005 F-250 where we put a glue-in back window with power slider from a newer F-250 where as the original window/old style was a held in with a rubber gasket. This is a tricky process as the pinch weld is about 1/4 smaller on the older trucks so you have to get the glass positioned just right to avoid leaks etc. Rob does a lot of their custom work and I was blown away by Rob's skill as he expertly checked and marked the glue line on the window and modified the window it to make sure it would fit perfect. The end result was pure perfection! Not to mention

They were fantastic! I called in the midst of total chaos in the background with my 3 little boys and the gentleman that I spoke to, I believe his name was Rick, was so patient and helpful. He was able to get someone out to me the very next day. Nick came right during the time scheduled and did a great job. He was professional and friendly and helped make the whole experience easy and stress free. They were also THE most affordable out of all the quotes I recieved and I definitely feel like I got more for my money in terms of service and quality of work. I can't recommend them enough!

I am new to Dallas and I had a leaking back windshield! My experience with Xtreme was beyond pleasant. From speaking with Rick over the phone and my encounter with Chris before and after my repair, they were knowledgeable, informative, patient, friendly, fast and professional. I spoke with Rick on Monday and he scheduled me for Tuesday morning between 10-12. At 9:57am, I received a call from Chris stating that he was about 20 minutes away. My windshield was repaired by 11:10am. I am beyond impressed and will recommend them in the future!

Chris came out today to fix a crack in my windshield. He called and gave me a 20 minute heads-up before arriving, and was very pleasant and professional during every confrontation. He had no trouble finding my car, and did an excellent repair in a reasonable amount of time. Even during lunch hour, he decided to “take his time” to make sure he did a great job. The technician, Nick, is professional and friendly. It is 30 degrees outside and wind blowing. Nick stood in the cold for almost 3 hours and replaced my windshield on my BMW.
Part of my job is quality control. Nick responded my texts within 2 minutes after 9pm and he showed up to my location 8am next day. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
