Services
This is one of the most asked questions from our clients, should I repair or replace my appliance. If the appliance is in good physical and mechanical condition, the repair is less than half the price of a new appliance with like features and the appliance will last at least 2 or more years after the repair then we recommend having the repairs.
Insert screened hose washers in the end of both washing machine fill hoses where they attach to the external supply faucets. These screens will prevent the washing machine fill valve from collecting the debris in its screens and clogging up causing slow fill times. You may have to replace these screens periodically.
We use the industry standard flat rate pricing, so there won't be any surprises once the work is done. We charge $85 diagnostic fee that is credited to the final cost of the repair. We will come to your home and diagnose the problem with your failed appliance.
The technician will explain the cause of the failure; give you the price to correct the failure and his recommendation for either repair or replacement using our criteria (Should I Repair or Replace My Appliance?).If technician deem the appliance repairable, he will perform and verify the necessary repairs.

Was your service performed in a timely manner? How would you rate our overall quality of work? How would you rate the technician? Would you use our company again or refer us to a friend? Comments: Mike came the same day I called him. He fixed my dishwasher and explained the problem and how I could prevent it from happening again.

I bought an appliance at Best Buy to be installed. I had scheduled appointment with the purchase for between 12 - 4:00pm on a Friday. Sneed sent a confirmation email late on Thurs saying they'd be there between 9:00am - 12. I changed mine (and other peoples) schedule to accommodate. They didn't show-up at all. When I called at 4:30 to see if something could be worked out for another day I was made out to be the one that screwed-up and got no resolution. I had to cancel the order which was another set-back and inconvenience.

Sneed was 'assigned' to us as a 3rd party installation service for our new appliances. Installation was VERY messy and they did not clean up after themselves. Unless my wife stopped them, they were going to throw away the shelf for our microwave and didn't leave the filter!! They promised to come back the following day to finish the stove installation, but they threw away the anti-tilt bracket for the floor. And when prompted about it, they said "Let me see if I have one in my truck." Folks, we spent about $2,000 for a stove; I don't want "one in my truck

One of the worst appliance contractors period. They made couple of service call and still could not fix the issue on my electric range, This entire process lasted only for a month.Mike ( who owns the business & has major anger management issues) yelled at us for questioning them when they failed to fix the issue during his second service call. Way to go Mike good job running your business to the ground. Sneed sucks so stay away. I am sure there are lot of professional services around this area.
