Horrible customer service. That's not easy to say these days, but this is one of the WORST I've seen in a long, long time. I get a call when a part came in, and I returned the call. Scheduled the service (for today) and took off from work because they "can't give a two hour window", but that the tech will call between 8:00 and 8:30am on the service day to give that estimate. No call. It's 2:15pm and lo and behold, I get a call to 'schedule the service.' Are you kidding me? The typical 'sorry' but not really sorry. "Sorry, sir, but I don't have any record of a schedule here."
So, call me liar.

Unable to fix the refrigerator after trying to put the wrong part in. Never came back out and refused to listen to the trouble we were actually experiencing with the water line and ice maker. Hopkins came out and diagnosed the actual issue and even said the fix was under warranty. Will never use CAS again. The supervisor Kevin, was especially rude and condescending on the phone.

Critical: Professionalism
Terrible customer service! The management and ownership is very rude and unprofessional. My washer went out shortly after buying it,and my expectations of this business's customer service was quickly shattered by a barrage of RUDENESS and even insults towards my intelligence as a consumer!

Horribly rude and disrespectful service tech. Cannot believe KitchenAid allows this company to service their brand. I will make sure KitchenAid is aware of the inferior company they are associating with. Raleigh location!

So far I'm having a hard time I made arrangements to have someone at my house to be there to fix my refrigerator it's not fixed I know they ordered a part but still stated it didn't absolutely need it but I could go ahead and order but either way won't leak anymore it's leaking worse so now I'm trying to schedule them to come on my lunch this week that was last week. They told me they can only give me a range 12-2 they guy calls right now says he can come I said I don't get lunch till 12 can we make that work he then says if u don't take this who knows when

GE washing machine stopped working after many years. I walked in to this store, asked to speak to technician, and Brad, a technician, came out. I described problem (cycle timer knob no longer working) and he told me how to fix it. He gave me some simple, plastic tie strips to use. No pressure to schedule a $75 service call at my home. And No charge for the advice or the supplies. Now my washer works again. Wow, this is a very good place!

I have used these guys a few times. Very easy to schedule an appointment. In the past, I had them work on a Bosch washing machine and dryer. I was very happy with the service and costs.

Last repair was to a Maytag washing machine that is under warranty. The damn thing would not drain the water out. Of course it breaks on a Friday night. By the time Convenient Appliance Service got here, it was Tuesday and the water was sour (stunk up my upstairs). Not blaming Convenient Appliance Services for this. Just my bad luck.

The technician was on time and very professional. Explained the cause

Convenient Appliance has come out to the house a couple times, mostly for general maintenance. This time it was for service of both the (Viking) cooktop range and microwave. They were careful to explain that the repair would take a while to get parts, the repair may need to happen with a couple trips and the microwave might not be fixable. They were able to get the cooktop range fixed fairly easily. The microwave not so much and, in the end, encouraged me to just go with a new one. They also made a modest accommodation for the monies I did spend towards the microwave, to no avail, to fix it
