If you choose to begin your yogic adventure through physical fitness, you may attend a postural class. Yoga is for all ages! Kids classes are taught "Kidding Around Yoga" style. Postural yoga classes focus on the foundation of alignment to build strength and increase flexibility. I introduce the elements of pranayama (breathing techniques).

Stay tuned for future workshop dates. Please contact me if you're interested in a virtual workshop group. Each week, we will take care of our bodies with a variety of Yoga postural practices that prepare us for Meditation. As we move into a state of Mindfulness, we will work through our Mindful Life Mapping to create heart-centered lives based on our own intentions for this life.
Kids' Yoga is a 30-60 minute class (depending on the age of kids or type of group) involving music, games, crafts, and fun! Kids learn about yoga poses and meditation while singing and dancing. Most importantly, I'm a mom. My kids are 6 and 4 and they've been doing yoga with me since they were born.
In my teens, I dealt with body issues that led me to eating disorders and self-harm. My anxiety pushed away people who cared about me and ended up in a deeper hole of depression than the fluctuations of puberty were already dragging me down to. I was lonely and I was sad. Is this was life was about?
Once we draw your map, your actions will be guided by your desired intentions. I will support and hold you accountable to yourself. Our activities and exercises will deepen your self-discovery and provide clarity. Things that aren't working for you will be released to make room for your soul-centered life.
