Perico's Party Rentals

This place is the worst place to rent from I ordered the jumper 3 weeks ago for Halloween and they arrived today and saw my dog in the back yard so they said we could not rent it from them! Literally the day before Halloween they never said you couldn't have a dog. I even let them know that the dog would be in the house they still said no! Now I am with out a jumper for my family tomorrow worst place I do not recommend!

I rented a waterslide from them and when they dropped it off and started to install it I noticed it was leaking on a side and it also did have a water hose to reach all the way to the top she was using mine. The lady said to me that she don't bring a water hose because people stay with it and don't return it. The waterslide was never installed all the way and connected when she was asking for the me to pay for it. When I told her I didn't want it because of the water hose and the leaking it had she tried staying with the 20% of my money

Great service, with such affordable prices. My sons had a great time with the jumper; would definitely recommend them!

I been using pericos for about 3 years and I never had a problem. The jumpers are always clean and their always on time. The people are always kind. I have been with other companies and they can never compare with Pericos.

I ordered two large jumpers (obstacle course and slide jumper combo), 50 chairs, and 7 tables for a party I held on May 19, 2018. Calling in the order was easy and the woman handling the reservation was friendly and efficient.

I was called the day before the party with a delivery time and date. The items I ordered were delivered and set up several hours before the party. Everything worked out great and the price was on point.

Several members of my family also use this vendor for their parties and all has gone well every time.

Awful DO NOT USE! I used these people 3 different times (which I have noooo idea why) the last time the bouncer was broke and they would not exchange it or pick it back up and wouldn't return my money. Instead they duct tapped it! Poor customer service

I wish I didn't even have to give one star! So disappointed with this company. We've ordered from them since my 13 year old sister was a baby and today they unfortunately took my money and left me without a service. It's unfortunate because I referred them to all my friends and family and they all used them because we thought they were a professional company which we now will be taking legal action against. This party supply business has very competitive prices. I shopped around for my daughter's birthday party for water-slide jumpers and they offered me the lowest price in comparison to other rental companies.
They were on time and set up everything quickly (I will admit their good points). I signed the contract, and in a world where contracts (on paper) mean everything, these people don't abide by the contract.
