We found this company on a Facebook Ad. Tom reached out to me almost immediately and answered all of my questions about his Carnival Special! He walked me through exactly what it came with, an exact price. Promptly sent over the contract and had great customer service. We ended up renting 4 canopies, 4 games, cotton candy machine, sno cone machine, and a hot dog cooker. It also came with the tables for the games, and they even brought their own extension cords and splitters. This place isn't closed the same mention everyone has Tom is still doing business. If this is the same place that Tom and I am assuming his wife run do not book with this company. As everyone is aware the corona virus is a pandemic I scheduled a party but couldn't have it I had already paid deposit and called them to move it. Tom is the rudest person I ever met he hangs up on customers and bully them as well as argue with you when you are not intending to do so. This business is rude and has no customer service and change thing as they fit but when you want to change something they threaten

Absolutely terrible. tried to rent 3 tents from him for an event and he gave us nothing but problems. tom is terrible to work with. he kept tacking on additional fees and deposits as we got closer to the event. he said he was afraid to work with us because we are "production company" -- which makes no sense to me. ended up finding a new vendor because tom was so terrible to work with and tom wouldn't let me cancel. charged me anyway! do not work with this company.

Do not use! this company is a sham and canceled on our 13 year olds birthday without notice. tom would not answer our calls for 2 days straight and finally the day before my sons party i tricked tom into calling me back by leaving a message and left him a friends number . . . he called back within 5 minutes!! under no circumstance should you call this company to handle any type of party.

Rented tables and chairs from Tom/Sumo for our wedding. He was very friendly over the phone when originally booking. We were told to confirm final numbers at least 30 days prior to the event. Since our count went down we informed Sumo but were then told we could not change our numbers. Delivery was on time for the most part, the driver was a little turned around on the dirt roads which can be expected. We paid for delivery and set-up but had to do the majority of set-up ourselves, only two workers come at a time. Pick-up was on time as well but they forgot a table. Informed Tom and his team

Quick update to my first review. Owner never did anything to remediate all the issues. To summarize:
1. they were hours late from agreed upon time,
2. the jumper had a huge hole he apparently already knew about and still send it,
3. The popcorn machine arrived dirty. You renting a machine you hope arrives clean so I can start making popcorn. Not old grease and kernel left over from a previous party.
4. Hot dog machine was grimy and dirty. The kid who arrived mentioned it should have already been cleaned. He tried cleaning it a bit. I then still had to clean it. Pics attached so you can see (after

DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE
They were two hours late to my birthday event and the guy who delivered it was high as a kite. He had absolutely no sense of urgency after he was late and decided to take a phone call as he waddled his way back to the car to grab the rest of the equipment. Honestly, the worst company I have ever dealt with. DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM.

The sumo suits are raggedy and smelled like mildew! I recommend you use another party rental company, but If you decide to rent from this place, make sure to get everything in writing, completely detailing each charge!! I rented the sumo suits and Tom overcharged my credit card $50.00. When I spoke to Tom about the charges, he tried to convince me that the extra charge was for delivery. Eventually, Tom agreed to send a refund. Two weeks and two phone calls later and I still have not received the refund.

We worked with Tom and are SUPER happy with our service! Tom showed up on time and set up ALL the items we rented. His team was great! We rented these for a school function and ended up renting the sports center, giant cars slide, bungee run, sumo suits and 6 carnival games. He even threw in an extra carnival game! We are super pleased with this purchase, and will for sure be using this company again for school events as well as personal parties. Thanks for all your help Tom!! I decided to rent the sumo suits from Tom and his wife for a 30th birthday party this past weekend. Tom was extremely helpful from the day that I called to place the order until the day after the party when they picked up the suits.
We were able to set up the sumo suits and mat in our backyard. They were a great hit at the party- endless laughs, and everyone had an AMAZING time!

We contacted Tom about renting a sumo suit wrestling kit for our big event. I am with a nonprofit organization that works with schools, and we wanted sumo suit wrestling for a summer carnival for the community. Thanks to Tom's friendly customer service, we were able to secure a sumo suit, popcorn machine AND raspado machine for a great price. Everything was delivered when they said it would be, including some extra tables for the raspado machine, and it was also picked-up in the time frame indicated, even though our event was fairly far from their headquarters. He even was angry with me when I pleaded my case about him not being direct and honest about his current quotes for additional hours for service and distance traveled. "TOM, TAKE THE BASS OUT OF YOUR VOICE!" Be honest when you make a mistake. If you quoted me wrong, correct your mistake. If you don't want my living social money, then send me a refund!

Be careful what you purchase!
My husband purchased a groupon for $90. We live in Whittier, so he called beforehand and asked about the extra charge for our location. We were told that we would only be charged an extra $10. When we finally decided to use our groupon we were quoted $54.00 extra for mileage. We spoke with Tom who denied all knowledge of this prior agreement and would not budge on price. In addition, our groupon was for four hours, but they only had availability for 3 hours. Tom would not even take this into consideration in lowering the mileage surcharge. We feel completely
