I bought 3 fans, 7 exterior lights, and 36 recessed canned lights, and a mirror (about $2,600 total cost). Both Anthony and Portia were very nice and knowledgeable at time of purchase. They assured me the lights that were not in stock would arrive in two days or at most a week. I heard nothing from them so I kept calling to check. Each time they would put me on hold, then tell me nothing had arrived but it would likely be tomorrow, and they would call me. Wonderful service and help by Rebecca choosing lighting for my home. I had ideas but not sure of what to purchase. She heard my requests and suggested some wonderful outdoor lights and ceiling fans. I was impressed with pricing because you tend to assume the "big box store" is more expensive, BUT IT'S NOT! I would still pay more to continue to get the same quality service. We went into Hobrecht Lighting looking for a specific style of light. Kate and Karen both helped us and listened to what we wanted and were able to show us many different styles of the style we wanted. The hardest part was deciding which light to go with because of so many choices. Karen was very knowledgeable of the particular brand we ended up getting and Kate was able to get us a great price on it. The light happened to be the last one of that model and they were able to sell us the floor model. One of the guys packaged it up very nicely and we got it home and installed it easily. I visited Hobrecht Lighting for the first time while shopping for a new chandelier for the entry way of our home. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and welcomeness. Anthony and Kate listened with interest to my desire to find a chandelier that would fit well with our newly installed staircase and home decor. They looked with me on a huge monitor screen at some available styles they carried to understand my tastes and to add some suggestions of their own regarding the best size for the space. I had come into this store to look at options for a living room fan/light. Loved a lot of their items but pricing is quite high here overall. Found one I loved and did some research. I was able to find it cheaper elsewhere. Called this store to see if they'd price match and they do. Spoke with Anthony. He was fabulous with follow up in checking stock and calling me back. I had a great experience at purchase and even had to call in and go back a few times for Downrod size changes. Each time I called or was in the store I was pleased

Anthony is amazing and focused on providing outstanding customer service! He helped us choose lighting for our custom home build. He was very professional and even came to our home to make sure that the install was going well and we had everything that we needed. At one point we had an emergency to get switches that were special order right before our inspection and Anthony made it happen. Awesome experience! Have searched extensively to find the perfect one of a kind chandelier and haven't found it anywhere. This place was a bit more expensive than other places but you should expect to pay more for the one of a kind pieces they have in stock. Rebecca helped us out and was just the right amount of help, not too pushy but available to answer all my pesky questions

I was in Hobrecht's about 9 months ago. No one looked up or spoke to me the entire 20 minutes I was in the store. I swore I wouldn't go back...
I did some online research and found that Hobrecht's was the only store that carried what I was looking for. I went back, with more than a few doubts, that someone would help me.
Imagine my surprise when I was greeted by a friendly face with a warm smile! Her name was Joanne Wise and she was WONDERFUL!! Very informed!! She took the time to make sure I understood the functionality of this chandelier and it's components.

We comparison shopped exact same models online and with other local shops and they gave us the most personal service.
