Services
Our monthly plans provide you the ease of automated monthly billing with no contract. You can cancel anytime by notifying us at least 5 days before the first day of the following month. Enrolling is fast and easy, but must be accompanied on location at Z-Xpress Car Wash. Each unlimited plan is for one vehicle per plan.
Clean up with the Z-Xpress Car Wash Fund Raising Program. We are committed to supporting Fund Raising events in our community by helping non-profits and charitable organizations raise money. Washes the car and wheels great. But...if you have low profile tires the driver side tire rail will certainly damage the rim. I actually asked before the wash and the owner said no it won't damage there's a plastic cover. But....on the approach to enter the wash it will AND did damage the front driver rim on my 750. Showed them after I exited and they denied even though I had just asked prior to entering. Use at your own risk and do not expect them to take any responsibility for any damages.

This is the first time using this carwash. I am a viditor to the area and had a car that needed cleaning after I had just acquired it. The car I was getting washed had been sitting for a month or so under a tree that had dropped sap all over it. The guys that do the prewash worked very hard to get as much off as possible. They did a great job. I was surprised at how we the car looked after. They put in the extra effort and I really appreciated it.

I drove from La Grange because I received a coupon stating they do exterior as well as interior which I haven't been able to find anywhere since moving here! When I arrived and asked for both, I was told I needed to make an appointment to get the interior done. I wasn't looking for detailing as the coupon for detailing was also on there and underneath did say appointment needed but nowhere did it say an appointment was necessary for just an interior vacuum and window cleaning. I'm so disappointed that they wouldn't clean the inside of my car when I drove all the way there for

MEH. That is literally all I can say about the quality of wash you will receive for the highest tier paid. The employees were friendly and the location has nice amenities such as vacuums, vending products for your interior as well as a premium detailing service but I won't be returning since my car has more spots on it now than when I went into the wash :/
PROS:
1) They scrub your grill/ wheels/windshield prior to you entering the was so that bugs and bird matter are taken care of before entering.
2) They offer prepaid discounts (buy 30 washes and get 20 free ~40% off total)

I had an absolute horrible experience. The customer service was poor at best. All the employees had an attitude and seemed to hate their life. Went through the car wash once and car was still not clean. Pulled back around and the guy said "yeah your car was really dirty". Apparently he didn't realize the reason I came to the car wash. Ran it through a second time... still not clean. You'd have better luck just letting your vehicle sit in the rain.

I contacted the Shelbyville Road location to obtain premium detailing service on my car. I was told to call this location, to set up an appointment. I tried calling this location every day for a week, only to have it ring 8 times, then disconnect me. Today, I went by to set up an appointment. They told me that I didn't need an appointment, that it was first come, first served, and that I "should come back after Derby." Trying to do business with them has been impossible. I have visited this car wash on Hurstbourne multiple times over the last few years. Recently I have encountered difficulty with getting my interior detailed. It seems there is not enough staff. I was recently at the car wash and told that my interior could not be cleaned and that the manager had not been at the location for 4 days. I have tried to emal my dissatisfaction to the manager but it keeps getting bounced back.

I actually went to the Z-xpress on Hurstbourne Parkway. I was extremely impressed with the customer service that I received because although I may not have the most expensive vehicle in the world the manager truly made me feel like I was important and he took excellent care of my car. He went above and beyond in the details and he didn't rip me off. I will refer others and come back! Thanks!
