Booster shots SHOULD be offered to Pfizer recipients who are 6 months from their second dose and. Booster shots MAY be offerred to Pfizer recipients who are 6 months from their second dose and. This is not the third dose for the immunocompromised, it's a booster. All are the same shot but immunocompromised MAY need a booster too.
People who have had a third already are getting mixed into the immunocompromised group or are actually immunocompromised. These can be done at your regular office visit or just for a vaccine visit, please call to schedule. We do have to comply with CDC guidelines and can not give "Boosters" at this time.

Went in for an appointment today with Jinjer a nurse practitioner. This is the second visit to this practice and first with Jinjer. She made me feel like I ruined her day by being seen by her. She was very condescending, rude, and unpleasant to be around. I would ask a question only to snarled at with short, snippy, sarcastic answers. Because of her I’m already looking for a new practice to be seen at.

Absolutley the rudest staff! Was supposed to go for a well check but my some got sick and was vomiting since 2 in the morning. I called to reschedule and I got nothing but rude comments and sass. This is not a caring place. The staff here does not care if you are sick or not if you ask them a question thehuff and act like you are putting them out. Do not recommend. The doctors are fine but don't make up for what you have to deal with to get to them.

The Dr.s here are very nice, but the front staff is just awful. I have spoken to the manager of the front staff before who seemed pleasant but everyone else is rude, they hang up on you or transfer you without telling you they are going to or why they are doing so. Then they act like you're the problem when you call back asking why they hung up. In particular that was Tammy that did that but I have not had great experiences with any of them honestly. And then they can't seem to do their job and tell you correctly if they take your insurance despite asking multiple times before a visit, and then

In 2013, I contracted a staff infection, and the nurse practitioner took every precaution with me, down to providing me with her cell phone number and staying at the office late to make sure I was taken care of. I was so impressed and grateful. Now, because I will be 7 minutes late due to traveling home to Louisville from a hunting trip, I cannot be seen, and no support was given despite me having severe flu symptoms and being a 5+ yr patient. I understand that there are appointment times for a reason, however the contrast between an earlier experience and my experience today is extremely disheartening

Worst staff and practice ever. Don't waste your time! Every time when I was trying to schedule a sick appointment for my son or myself I was told to go to immediate care as there were not any available appointments. I liked Dr. Kavorkian but it was impossible to schedule a visit to her. I switched a practice and after 2 years decided to check if anything changed an come back but the same unprofessional staff. I was told even though they were accepting new patients they are not accepting patients back who left the practice.
